We bought this Vacuum Sealer to replace one that had just started having "issues" with sealing. This is a very nice sealer but, there is a bit of a learning curve. The Hand Held accessory is perfect for sealing jars. Although we have not used all of the options, so far we are happy with this Sealer.

This is our third Food Saver. We wore out our first one and decided we wanted a Food Saver that we could freeze soups and sauces in. So we now have two Food Savers until the oldest one quits working. The signs indicate that the time is near.
