We bought this 2 yrs ago around Christmas. We have used it daily. We use it for a quick lunch, rewarming take out, to baking cakes, cookies and even a small turkey breast. My only complaint is hard to clean on the back panel with the fan and on the bottom with the heating elements.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks promising but poor performance & unreliable

Bought this unit a little over a year ago and, like clockwork, it failed shortly after the warranty expired. We bought it for the great design, XL capacity, and versatility, but it does not keep accurate temperature and everything takes about 2x the recommended time. Failing in such a short time was the last straw. We had a basic Oster air fryer toaster oven prior to this Ninja, and we had much better results overall (and it was reliable). Very disappointed given all of the marketing hype around this product - looks nice but stay away!

Heats up at lightning speed

Absolutely love this oven. Only giving it 4 stars because it is missing 2 helpful features. It is missing a "Keep Warm" function and no beeper to let you know when it is heated to temp or when your food is done.
I would recommend this to a friend!

There are just the two of us now, so turning on the regular oven for something small is just not efficient, esp in the summer. Am amazed that this oven just needs an inch surround, so it fits easily on my countertop. I have baked cookies, made toast, roasted fish, shrimp, potatoes and various other vegetables. All have come out to perfection. I love this oven.

Do not believe the pre-heat indicator

This is not a bad oven, it does all the toaster things but do not believe the pre-heat indicator! We noticed right away that things were not cooking in the same amount of time as our old Breville toaster oven. So I put a thermometer in there on rack position #2, to see what was going on. They claim pre-heat in 90 seconds, but it's a gimmick, when I set the oven to bake at 375, when the pre-heat went off it was not even 200 degrees, it took 4-5 minutes after pre-heat went out to reach that temp in the middle of the oven. The same was true for air-fry, figured it was a bad unit, so we swapped it out, new one did the same thing. After 3-5 minutes it did maintain the temp set pretty well (not as well as a full sized oven, but none of the toaster ovens do) in fact it ran 10-20 degrees hot.

I love my ninja oven I use it for all my oven baking.have had it for about 3months and havent even turned my stove oven on. This is more econominal.It doesnt heat up kitchen ,.i can see a savings on my utility bill.Highly recommend it

Our first began to sound like an airplane taking off. They replaced it. The fan would not shut off on the second one. Power was off, however I had to unplug it to get the fan to stop. Smelled like it was burning. Got shocked. No more for me
