Make the fan splash guard available for purchase.

Great machine but the decision to discontinue the fan splash guard is wrong. I own a DT200 with the guard and a DT251 without the guard. The guard does make a difference on their performance. I use the DT200 over the higher priced DT251 due to this even though the DT251 has the temperature probe. I tried to buy the parts to add it to my DT251 and was told they are not available. NOT HAPPY. I do recommend the DT200 with a splash guard but I do not recommend the DT251.

Shortly after the launch of the Ninja Foodi Oven, it was determined that the splatter guard was not required covering the fan and that the product performed equally well with and without the splatter guard. Moving forward, no units are being manufactured with the splatter guard. poor temp control

taking too long to cook? i had one that couldn't reach baking temp and the replacement ninja sent is the same way. set bake temp to 350F. preheat starts and then light goes off and temp is only up to 150F. what kind of preheat is that? bake temp never got higher than 187F. replacement sent and bake temp set at 350F. it fluctuated from 320F to 380F. checked air fry temps and those too never attained set temp. a 3rd one is coming. like its going to be any different...want photos i sent some to ninja

Terrible Quality! Gets corroded inside quickly!

I am so disappointed with this multi-use oven. The inside gets badly corroded and oxidized. In addition, the digital handle letters get deleted as if the ink was cheap. NO SUPPORT FROM NINJA AT ALL. I do not recommend you this product. It is very expensive and cheaply made.

This oven seems to do everything as advertised. Roasted whole chickens, vegetables, leftovers, toast, pre-fab meals are easy and delicious. BUT!!! Cleaning this oven is the worst!!! The directions of using detergent and water after each use are laughable because it's totally ineffective. And I am sure the Ninja people know this. Detergent and water will not touch the splattered grease from a whole chicken and other fatty/greasy foods. Because of this I have quit using the oven for anything that splatters a lot. To clean it I ended up using several different products and days of periodic elbow grease to get the oven presentable. This now very much limits what I cook in the Ninja Smart XL which makes me unhappy. Because of this I am hard pressed to recommend. A non-stick interior or self cleaning mode would be a game changer for me.

Not worth what I paid for it. Half the features do not work the way they say it will. Beef is either overcooked or undercooked, my baby potatoes exploded and burnt, and I followed the instructions. I would suggest buying a less expensive product, that can do the same things.

Love it but Titles wore off!

I bought less than a year ago. Everyone in my family love it and use it. My grand daughter uses it to make her own pizza but the titles are no longer visible. You cannot tell which button is the timer, temperature, etc until you push the buttons.

Love this oven. We don't have a conventional oven anymore, we only have this. It cooks great. Good size. Would buy this again except for the fact it is impossible to clean. It is disgusting. We have pretty much given up. Now saving for a new oven after 2 years. So wasteful. So disappointed.
