Decent job for a large convection oven.

Kinda pricey. Don't pay attention to the preheat. Its not real its just a timed function when oven should be at temp. Just add few more mins to come to temp. I used my first XL pro 2-3 times a day for 3 years. Then the rear element back behind the fan shield burnt out. Bet ya didnt know that element existed. I could still do toast cause the infrared tubes in the cavity still worked but no longer could bake or airfry. I gave in and bought another. There is no fix or parts for these ovens. Easy to learn to cook it it. Just go by some recipes online. Or your regular oven recipes and use a separate thermometer to check for doneness temp for meat and bread. By their casserole dish or find a small stainless steel lasagna pan onine to bake in. I use that on whole chicken as well to keep juices in the pan. I don't use the grated pan in their shallow sheet pan. Lastly try to keep it wiped down. Grease will gradually coat the inside and its almost impossible to get it off. Don't know why they can't do enamel on some oven cavity parts. Might as well save your money and not waste it on the extra warrant service. Warranty extension you buy is too expensive and you should just save and buy a new xl oven as I did.

Stopped working after a year

We were loving this over, using it every day. Out of the blue, it stopped letting us change temperature, or cooking time. There's nothing in the troubleshooting guide to help address this. So now it's useless to us (unless someone has a suggestion)

Difficult to Clean

This is a great substitute for my regular oven. Just the right size to cook anything for the two of us. I use it all the time now and haven't used my oven since I bought this. The only negative is I find it very difficult to clean the inside. The splatter, grease, etc. just doesn't come off. I wish the inside walls were made of a non-stick material instead of the stainless (or aluminum?). It's also a bit hard to reach the back walls due to the size and shape. As it stands, the inside is a major mess! Seems that once the splatter is dry it just doesn't come off.

I bought my XL 10 in 1 a week ago and have used it every single day... Today it was garlic toast pizza and it cooked exactly the way I like it. I'm in love with mine. Everything I have made I have been super impressed with. I was lazy today and just wanted a quick lunch. Very tasty!

Easy to Use Multi Function Toaster Oven!

We are really enjoying the versatility of our new Ninja Foodi Smart XL Pro Air Oven. We have used it everyday since it was delivered! We are enjoying not having to use our standard oven. The Ninja warms to the desired temperature and does a great job of uniformly heating. We have been very pleased overall with our purchase.

I really love this oven. Cooks perfectly and fast. The one problem is that it’s so loud! When on air fry especially. Then the fan runs for about fifteen minutes when it shuts off to cool down.
