I bought this about a month ago and have had mixed results. The roast is supposed to cook for a couple of hours but I can't put enough time on the timer for it. The controls aren't very intuitive and you can cook on the outside of the over because it gets so hot.

Oven looks pretty solid but it came without User Manual ( Which I ended up downloading of the internet) and the Temperature probe. This was a Christmas gift and went unused because of the missing parts.

Had a pretty good short life…RIP

Lasted 8 months before it suddenly couldn’t bake over 350 degrees, a couple of weeks later can’t seem to get over about 175. I assume one or more elements have failed. Oh, and the fan is very noisy when the heat is set high. When it worked we enjoyed it, just went before it’s time. Sad product.

We’ve had it a month. It’s okay for something’s but does not work at all like the traditional air fry ovens they have. It takes for ever to actually reheat items. So lunch takes an hour.

I have had this air oven just over a year. I use it more than any other appliance in my kitchen. I clean it thoroughly after each use. It is so rusted and corroded and looks disgusting. For the price I paid this never should've happened.

I bought this after my standard range/oven stopped heating above 410°, though the XL Pro Air Oven was originally bought as a stopgap I’ve not bothered replacing my “normal” oven as the Ninja works better than any oven I’ve ever used! …however it is extremely difficult to clean, indeed I can’t fathom how anyone is able to keep there’s looking new. I’ve tried many different cleaning methods from simple water and towel all the way to harsh chemicals and abrasive pads and have never been able to get it as clean as I can get a traditional oven. I wish Ninja would have made the interior of the oven with welded seams or somehow would have eliminated the gaps in the metal that make it so you can’t go crazy with liquid cleaners. By far the hardest area to clean is the back area directly in front of the fan, the areas to either side of the fan on the back panel are also a real pain to clean. If they had made it more cleanable, and thereby more presentable (instead of embarrassing), I would give it 5 stars
I cook all my steaks, chops, chicken, and fish in this oven, both fresh and frozen, and it does an excellent job! It works so well and easily my Ninja Foodi Grill barely gets used anymore then than for air frying French fries and hash browns. The XL Oven is also great for cakes, pastries, rolls, and biscuits. Overall I love my Ninja XL Pro Air Oven, other than the difficulties cleaning it. ..one more thing, the booklet that comes with it should focus more on temps, times, and settings for various foods instead of recipes. I’ve never used a single recipe of theirs and have had to scour google to find other users recommend settings.
