The Ninja Smart XL oven is the best oven ever. I had a Ninja before and I used it until it was tired. I bought a different brand and it just couldn't compete with the Ninja, so I bought a new one. I love my Ninja!! I won't ever buy a different brand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

!!DANGEROUS!!

This unit gets DANGEROUSLY hot on the outside! You will get BURNED!
If someone doesn't know you just used this oven and they touch it, THEY WILL GET BURNED! The only said that does not get DANGEROUSLY HOT is the back. If you forget you just used it and touch it, you WILL GET BURNED!
When you grab the handle to open the door when you are done cooking and your fingers touch the door, YOU WILL GET BURNED! I've already BEEN BURNED!

I have no doubt that there will be a recall on this model. Or lawsuits.

Not what I thought it would be.

I received this product 13 days ago. I was so.excited to start using my new oven. After using for 13 days I find it is not as I thought it would be. It is not a time saver or helpful. It takes 6+ minuets to toast one piece of toast and it has to be turned over to toast the other side. Also it took 35 minuets to cook three boneless, skinless chicken breast. That’s the same amount of time it would take in my oven. It takes up a LOT of room on my counter top which I don't have a lot of. I will be returning it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it, but after a year and a half the fan stopped working.

Could be better.

Decent oven but could be better. The air fryer feature has been a bit disappointing. Was hoping for better crispiness for air fryer function but it's a little lacking. I do however love the large capacity and the roast function works well. I also love the temperature probe that it comes with. Toast function is a little disappointing as well as the highest setting of 7 still doesn't brown the bread as well as it should. Overall it's a decent oven but I probably wouldn't buy it again. Also every once in a while it makes a loud grinding noise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great oven/Air fryer

We bought this since our RV doesn't have an oven. Best thing I ever bought for our RV. Since camping season is over we've been using it in the house. May have to buy another one to go back in the camper.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got this second hand from my MIL. I would have never purchased for myself. It is the BEST item I’ve ever received. We cook in the oven almost everyday and we don’t use a microwave. So when I got this air oven it was a game changer. No more turning on the oven to reheat leftovers. The size is fantastic. I have almost non-existent counter space and I gladly give it up for this fryer. I have had it for about 3 years now and I keep checking to make sure they are still being sold. I would absolutely spend the money to buy one of these…worth every penny!

Most of the 5-star reviews are about look, it does look good, but durability is an issue, for the $$$ you pay, you would expect the oven to last. my first unit died within months with minimal use, the replacement unit died after the warranty ran out.
