The oven itself works fine and I would have given this a 5 star rating but the coating on the roasting pans and roasting tray is crap!! Everything bakes onto it and is almost impossible to get off washing by hand. Not sure why you wouldn't put your never stick coating on these but please let me know when you do.

I've had this oven for almost 3 weeks and I love it, so far. I have used all of the main functions and it does an awesome job on each one. I especially love the way remembers the settings for each function. I do not regret buying this for one minute, and hope it continues too perform as it has so far for a long time to come.

Love it but Titles wore off!

I bought less than a year ago. Everyone in my family love it and use it. My grand daughter uses it to make her own pizza but the titles are no longer visible. You cannot tell which button is the timer, temperature, etc until you push the buttons.

poor temp control

taking too long to cook? i had one that couldn't reach baking temp and the replacement ninja sent is the same way. set bake temp to 350F. preheat starts and then light goes off and temp is only up to 150F. what kind of preheat is that? bake temp never got higher than 187F. replacement sent and bake temp set at 350F. it fluctuated from 320F to 380F. checked air fry temps and those too never attained set temp. a 3rd one is coming. like its going to be any different...want photos i sent some to ninja

I bought this a few weeks ago but I am having trouble finding ways to cook things,.like a baked potato, or a steak. I even bought the cookbook on the site but it doesn't have every day plain eating. I have done pork chops, french fries, and vegtables and they were delicious. I know I will get a lot of use out of this once I figure out time and temperature. What I love best is I do not have to stand at the stove to get dinner ready. It is quiet, easy to clean, clear features easy to use now if I can find out time and temperatures it is going to be my primary appliance.

Love this oven

I have really enjoyed using this Ninja. The only problem I have is it needs better directions and instructions. I like using it instead of my large oven. Only problem is it takes up counter space. It makes good cinnamon toast. I haven’t really used it for an entree yet.
