[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this for a few months now and I am still very impressed. The picture is crisp and clear as a bell. The sound isn't too bad for a tv sound system The remote is great and easy to navigate. The streaming on this tv is seamless and fast with LOTS of apps available. All in all a great tv. VERY glad I purchased this tv.

No Customization

Tv is ok, Customization of Home Screen is not. A full screen littered with apps, device functions, and card lists that cannot be removed instead of things that might be useful like maybe a display of the time which is nonexistent. Cannot change background, cannot clean up home page. The only apps or features that can be removed are those that the user has installed. Not everyone likes sports, wants lg channels, surfs the web, or needs use of camera functions to just name a few. Adding all these features is fine but forcing them isn’t. If you’re looking for a tv with a clean home screen with simple things like just being able to add the time/date or any other info that may. Be of use, LG tv’s are not it.

Problem with connect to local channels and Comcast

This is my second oled and I enjoyed my first one, b9. 55 inch. This one a replacement and is a c4 55 inch. My first one connected to my Xfinity box and had a smooth operation. My new one has a spotty connection with Xfinity and does not allow all functions. Picture is great, but lack of use of controller and lack of function of my cable system makes the system not recommendable and a disappointment. Have no use for AI. Have no use for many of the items added to the tv. Refresh rate is nice and clear. Could care less what the processor does. Resolution is better than my b9.

Excellent TV!

This is a great TV. The picture is fantastic, and even the sound is good. There are many great features, including voice recognition, and there are a wide variety of apps included. Navigating the menus is also very intuitive. I highly recommend this TV!
