Great Picture - Horrible remote

Great picture, sound, looks great on the wall but we HATE the remote. Maybe we're just too old but the buttons are so small and so difficult to read in the dark you need to turn on the lights & get your glasses to navigate the controls. The center enter button is very touch sensitive and - well we are over 50 so unfortunately that also is a challenge.

Great looking blacks and colors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the color and resolution of my new 55 inch C4 OLED television. Blacks are true black, and it's plenty bright for the room I'm watching in. This is a big improvement over my old television.

Great Picture But Has Some Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is phenomenal. However, after using my Xbox on HDMI 4, the tv freezes going back to HDMI 1. I already returned one TV, and the second one has started doing it as well. LG also won’t speak on the phone with me about it. They want to have a text conversation and the people on the other end are not understanding the issue.

Great TV!

I bought this several weeks ago and I love it. The picture and sound are great, it's easy to setup and navigate, and it doesn't bother my migraines like other TV's do. The only issue I have is the remote, which tends to have a life of its own sometimes due to the enter button also being a scroll wheel.

Wonderful TV, but lacking remote

We love the TV, we've actually bought three; two in this size and one bigger. We love the quality of the picture and sound, but one down fall of this TV is the remote control. I absolutely cannot stand it, it's so frustrating to use, there's no rewind and forward, you're lucky if you can pause without jumping to another channel, which any button seems to do...and doesn't light up so you can see everything for ease at night, there aren't info and guide buttons, and for such a big remote and expensive TV, it's incredibly lacking. I will be looking for a remote to replace this one, but other than that, we love this TV.
