[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a television on August 28, 2024. It started getting blurry lines and the picture then disappeared. I contacted LG and they had me do a hard reset. TV worked about 5 days, and then I would lose the picture. Contacted LG and they referred a repair person. He indicated he needed to order parts. I haven't heard back from him. That contact was on November 22, 2024.

Long time from channel to channel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Think like this, you have 300 channels or more, it take 3 seconds to change one chanel. So 1000 seconds to check if is there something good to watch in your limited free time. So more than 15 minutes. Better invest for next OLED TV a half second time to change channel or less. Remote control change program and settings to other LG tvs in my home. Even my computer monitor. Add easy step to personalise tv for only 1 remote controller.
