Solid upgrades

Running metrics are fun data points (stride length, L/R balance, cadence, etc.) without having to carry a phone or wear any other devices. Strap quality and sensors are definitely better quality than my old Garmin HR strap. Haven’t tried it with rugby yet but excited to give it a try on the pitch this season. My only real issue is that I’ve had a couple heart rate lock readings that were 20-30 bpm above my real HR. Removing for a moment and putting the strap back on has fixed it so far

My heart rate monitor did not come with a battery replacement tool.
The only thing I want is checking my heart rate when indoor-cycling. The one thing this device doesn't show is - my heart rate! The thing it doesn't show for watching is indoor-cycling. All it shows are steps and challenges and stuff - things I don't want or need!! What a stupid device!!!
Does everything I need a HRM to do - provide steady data and fade away after I put it on my chest. If you need more features, there are other more expensive models, but for a low-profile, comfortable, affordable example to pair with your Garmin watch - this is it!

Took a minute to get it connected to Garmin EPIX watch but seems to work well. More consistent reading than previous strap

I bought it less than a year a month ago and this is my second HRM 200, that said this one has not worked at all. I have done all the recommended things to connect it and have not done so. Very disappointed!
Purchased the HRM200 because my Garmin Instinct 2 Tactical/solar does not reliably record my HR when I an exercising, especially when cycling. This is really annoying because it adversely affects other parameters like HRV and VO2.
It required no less than 20 attempts to synch with my watch which was frustrating; it synched easily to the Garmin app and provides an accurate HR measurement, so I am now getting improved HRV and VO2 indices.
