Need to fix the popping sound when it freezes up.

I love the product but it freezes up on the lowest setting. I have to cut it off for a minute and then cut it back on the fix it otherwise it makes a loud popping sound where the shaver is going over the stuck ice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Absolutely LOVE it! It’s easy to set up and use. The slushies are delicious. We make ours with all natural fruit juices, bottled from the store or juiced right here at home. The adults love it as much as the kids. It’s easy to take apart and clean. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! It was definitely worth the wait.

Great "Chilly" Product

Bought this a couple of weeks ago with high hopes. Only used it twice so far, but it does what they advertised. Frozen Coca-Cola was most excellent, and the time in which it finished for dispensing was on point (caveat-we did chill the drink first).

I just got this a week ago and so far the cylinder freezes so hard it stopped the paddle from spinning
