Talk about a game changer—the Ninja SLUSHi completely changed the way I make drinks at home. No more late-night runs to gas stations or convenience stores. It’s fast, easy, and honestly one of the best purchases I’ve made.
But let’s be real—there’s a serious flaw that Ninja completely ignored.
This could’ve been a 5-star product—but the Clear Vessel design completely ruins it.
Liquid and residue get trapped in areas you cannot reach or properly clean. Even after washing, buildup stays hidden in the seams. That’s a serious health risk—mold and bacteria can grow where you can't reach.

Huge let down

Not sure if I have a faulty machine or what but my machine won’t dispense any kind of slush. I’ve tried multiple liquid types all sugar levels all tips in the booklet. Nothing will dispense no matter how low you turn the chill setting. Debated 2 years on buying this and wanted it so bad but now it’s just an expensive piece for the dumpster.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Get an extended warranty!!!

I was so excited to buy this machine shortly after it came out in the summer of 2024. We loved it. Recently it started leaking a brown substance from the bottom. Unfortunately my warranty is expired & the only choice I have is to trash it - and/or invest in a brand new machine. I am heartbroken. This machine is a bit pricey to only last 18 months. Not sure that I want to spend this kind of money on a replacement or any other Ninja products with such a short lifespan.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got this as an early birthday gift and I absolutely love it. There is a little trial and error with certain recipes, but with the recipe book of tips and tricks and multiple online forums it’s easy to overcome.
I would recommend this to a friend!
