Just recieved yesterday & this is soo much fun to use!!! Last night I mixed 2 12oz cans of sprite, a whole lime squeezed, 2 of the ICE coconut 16oz sugarless drinks, 2 teaspoons of sugar on slushie mode...thickness & temperature set to medium....DELICIOUS then this morning Frappe Javy, creamer, water, & 2 teaspoons of sugar...DELICIOUS!!!

Not what I expected, doesn't make a true slush not worth the money, even worse with alcohol have to keep adding water doesn't freeze it enough

Sugar needed, but not wanted!!!

I am ok with the performance of the product, but I was very disappointed to discover that all drinks needed to contain a large amount of sugar in order to freeze. I was hoping to use it with sugar-free drinks, but the unit freezes up instead.

For example, you can use Coconut Sugar, Maple Syrup, Agave Syrup, Simple Syrup, or Honey. Design flaw

It’s pretty disappointing. The reservoir gets slushy stuck in at the seam and it’s a known design fall. It’s not covered under warranty. They won’t do anything to fix it. You call and ask for help and you’re told basically to deal with it. People online try everything soaking water pic it rarely gets it clean

Would love to have a positive review but unfortunately I do not. Bought the ninja slushi and the first unit would not freeze anything or even get that cold. I called Ninja and they sent me a new one. The new one has the same issues. It would be a great product if it worked. Think they need to upsize the condenser or something to make it function the way it should. Will not be getting another replacement.
