Nice machine, iceless slushies but off/on noise

I just got this 8/21 and have used it 2 to mes since. It is a nice machine for at home slushy making. I do agree the cold liquid seems to slushy up in no time. However, the machine was really quiet when I used it the first day. On fsy 2, doing the same thing as day 1, it started making a weird noise. I did shut the machine down and restarted it after about 5 minutes which helped for a little while. This machine is to expensive to have this kind of noise especially after the $30 increase from the release date. This has me worried a bit especially with a 1 yr warranty. Also I got all I could get from the max of what I made and just usd the hot water rinse to melt the rest from the slushy
left in the corner of machine I love the machine just hope it last. Prior to this it was my ninja blender set with multiple components that I've had for years. This will definitely help me save on having to buy water for the ice machine to make slushy beverages.

Loving my Slushi Drink Maker!

I was so excited to order my Slushi Drink Machine. During my initial use, I found that the unit was Mable to freeze the liquids. I contacted Ninja support and they quickly determined the base unit was defective. They then sent me a replacement base in 3 business days. I’ve since successfully made both a Coke slushy and a yummy chocolate milkshake. I’ve got lots of recipes planned in the near future. I love… my Ninja Slushi Drink Maker! Another wonderful kitchen gadget from Ninja!

New out of box and will not cool

Bought this 2 weeks ago, new out of the box and it won't even turn Coke into a slushie! Very disappointed.

Best product from Ninja! Me and my kids absolutely love the SLUSHi maker. Everyday we're making some type of frozen concoction. Love love love it. Well worth it!

Really loving this appliance. For now I’m only slushing sodas and punches, but they slush perfectly. The addition of Xanthium gum has been a game changer.
One thing I didn’t really consider is that the volume is 64 ounces, so this is an ideal appliance for a home bar. It’s not appropriate for serving 6+ people (parties, etc.).

I love the machine. My issue is the same as other customers, the vessel. For long term use the slight opening around the inside of the vessel is going to bacteria with remnants inside of it because its not wide enough to clean. Otherwise the machine would be perfect. If Ninja can fix this issue and offer a free or discounted upgraaded vessel to people who have purchased the first version would be phenomenal.
