Great item! Works like a charm. The only flaw I’m seeing is the flaw in the clear plastic container that makes it hard / impossible to clean.

We Love It BUT Cleaning DESIGN FLAW!

All works amazingly except one part within the tank that the liquid goes into is unwashable and dried on liquid is beginning to accumulate within it! I do worry this might affect our health if it turns moldy :(
Hope Ninja can address this issue to keep us who purchased it safer!

My husband and I ABSOLUTELY love our Ninja Slushi machine. The cleanup is easy, very compact, fits perfectly on my counter…margaritas turn out marvelous! All I need is a cover for it !

Well, I’d love to give it a 5 star but mine seems to have issues. Very loud screeching noise coming from the fan on the back. Not sure if that piece is broken or what.

I was not sure how this was going to work. Well to my surprise, It works GREAT.
Right out of the box. First thing I tried was Coke. I love frozen Coke.
The only thing is I had to bump up the freeze level from the pre-set. I like them a little more frozen
than what the pre-set does. Overall, I love this machine.

Very nice machine for slushes. Simple to use, just pour in soda/ juice etc and you have a slush in 1/2+. Only issue we had was on Frappe mode. Went 100% by Ninjas recipe & machine started making all kinds of noise & was actually flexing the plastic tank & went into error. Other than the frappe issue machine is easy to use, easy to clean. Unit has weight to it & is pretty good size.
