Got cold but never frozen

Not working let it run for over 6 hours never started working.I took it out the box and let it set for 2 hours before trying to use it

I bought one and loved it so much I bought another one. I can now have the "kid's beverage" and another one for the "adult's beverage". My backyard bbq's and pool parties are the hit of the neighborhood!
