Beware of mold

Mold! We called about the water getting trapped and creating mold and we were told to purchase a replacement. When I asked if this issue had been resolved/fixed, the person just repeated that I could purchase a replacement. Asked again and got the same response. So does this mean I can purchase a replacement and it will probably do the same?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this as a Christmas present for my daughter. She loves it. It is accessible for her to use. The ease of using it is great. Works great. We have tried Tea, juice, Frozen drinks....love it all. And the clean up is pretty easy also.

I received this as a Christmas gift and I absolutely love it! I’m a frozen coke addict and having this machine has made my life so much easier. Now whenever I feel like having a frozen coke, instead of having to get in my car and drive around looking for a slurpee machine that’s up and running, I just walk into the kitchen, pour in a few cans of Coke and presto! Minutes later I have a delicious frozen coke. Again, I love it!

MOLD

MOLD ISSUES -I’m upset about the design of this product. We clean right after each use. I noticed nasty mold. I’m allergic to mold. I’ve tried everything to clean this and for the money spent on this is ridiculous with how it gets trapped in the creases. This product should have a recall! Very upset for price paid now can’t use the machine due to mold trapped will not come out of the creases. I’ve used a waterpiker wasn’t successful My rating is low due to poor quality of making of the machine.

The unit is easy to use, easy to clean, and you can use just about anything to make drinks. Wife and I are very happy with the purchase.

Love this machine. I make all kinds of drinks with it. Milkshakes, Fruit Juice Slushies, Coffee Frappes, etc. Works fast and drinks turn out GREAT !!
