Pretty Cool

I’ve had it for several weeks, and it’s had to put in some OT since arriving. My only complaint, the “spiked slushee” can’t be very spiked or it’ll never get slushee. You have to hit the sweet spot of alcohol to mix ratio…and then just take shots. I still think it was worth every penny!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - NO DIET DRINKS

No where in the advertisement or description does it say this WON’T work with low calorie, sugar free or diet drinks. Only found during setup. Will be returning immediately.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve made everything from watermelon to strawberry slushes, and they all turned out amazing. It’s versatile, durable, and has a large capacity, perfect for parties. The machine is easy to use, surprisingly quiet, and cleaning is a breeze. My friends and family love the drinks, and it’s become a must-have in our house. Highly recommend!

Better Than Expected and Fun!

I was going to send this unit back even before I opened the box. I was looking for a Slushi maker but to do it on "Non-Sugared" drinks. Then I read that you needed sugar to make the slushi or else you would get an error message. Who knew. Then I said, give it try anyway. Where it is true some sugar is needed, you can play with the combination to reduce the calories and sugar content. After using it three time, we LOVE the machine. It will go in a place of honor on our roof deck for days when the heat is high, and cool treat is needed.

Best appliance ever except one huge problem

My wife has wanted a slushie machine for as long as I’ve known her so this has been running daily and it’s really a fantastic machine. Works great for juices as well as alcoholic drinks. I’m perplexed as to how everyone says clean up is easy though. At the back of the part that holds the liquid, right where the hole is that goes against the machine where the plastic is folded over we cannot get it clean. We’ve tried varies scrub brushes to get under the plastic rim. We’ve tried soaking it in hot water, rinsing rigorously with hot water….nothing cleans it. It’s going to be mold very soon so I don’t know what to do? Any suggestions? Is anyone else having this issue or did we get a dud? Will be calling support I guess but other than that it’s incredible! I feel like Ninja must have done the QA with water… not juice!
I would recommend this to a friend!
