Great slushi & milkshake maker!

Bought this a couple of weeks ago. I am pleased with it so far, we have tried all of the presets, but frappé and spirit sushi have not been a success. Frappé is too foam or too icey. Tried 3 times and 3 different recipes. I was really looking forward to making my own frappé. The spirit slushi kept giving the error for not enough alcohol, but it was. I am not much of an alcohol drinker anyway. Love the slushi and milkshake though and I know my grandkids will too!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Unreachable places to clean and now growing mold

I wanted to absolutely fall in love with this product, as I do love all things Ninja, BUT....... they fell short. I do love the idea and it does what it says and makes slushes, frappés even frozen margaritas, but where they lost 2 stars for me is the canister. When I go to clean the canister, around the edges is so thin where they glued together, you can't get in it to clean. Your drinks can though. Which is a bad combination. So after using my machine 3x, I have mold growing where I can not clean. Ninja needs to remedy this soon, before people start getting sick if they don't notice the mold. I feel like this product is extremely pricy to have this kind of oversight.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So I bought the Ninja Slushi. I had to, right? Tonight alone, we made hard seltzer passion fruit slushies and then Maple Syrup Frappuccinos. This appliance, paired with my Ninja Thristi AND Ninja Creami, is about to change how my family enjoys our nights! I will say that I’m also a Ninja Kitchen fanatic, so their targeted demographic ads got me real quick. 😅
Overall, I am very impressed with the Ninja Slushi and will absolutely recommend it to my friends and family. From the brilliant design to the ease of use, the Ninja Slushi continues to prove why Ninja is among the best Kitchen appliances.

Will not even get close to a" frozen" margarita ..very disappointed. We used a cuervo mix with alchohol in it already so it was weak. Would not freeze... even added water like mfg suggested. DO NOT RECOMMEND. It is getting returned.

Can't even turn juice into a slushi

This thing sucks. Can't even turn juice into a slushie. All it does it add a few ice chunks and turn the drink super cold. Will be sending it back.

I was really excited about the Slushi machine only to learn that you cannot use diet drinks in it since my son is Diabetic it defects the purpose so I'll wait until your engineers can make a machine that you can use diet drinks since there are lots of Diabetics out there and lots of products that are sugar-free

I surprised my older brother with this Ninja® Slushi Professional Frozen Drink Maker, after he kept looking at it telling me he should get it. When he finally said I’m order it was sold out, but I ordered it for him. When he received it he was so surprise. He washed everything good and made mango slushi, next day root beer slushi and could stop talking about how great it was and had no problems understanding how to use it. He said he gonna make some ice cream next. But I’m happy he love it
