Fun for the Whole Family!

This machine is awesome and has been a huge hit with our family. From morning coffee fun, to after school surprises and after hour adult fun we have found a use for it all day long. My kids favorite so far has been root beer floats and apple cider slushes. Love the machine, it works fast, and the clean up is so easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

MOLD

MOLD ISSUES -I’m upset about the design of this product. We clean right after each use. I noticed nasty mold. I’m allergic to mold. I’ve tried everything to clean this and for the money spent on this is ridiculous with how it gets trapped in the creases. This product should have a recall! Very upset for price paid now can’t use the machine due to mold trapped will not come out of the creases. I’ve used a waterpiker wasn’t successful My rating is low due to poor quality of making of the machine.

I was lucky enough to get my hands on one of these before they sold out. I have made multiple different varies of slushi's and have been highly satisfied every single time. It's too easy and too convenient and use it many times a week. Easy to clean too! Best Ninja product!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - NO DIET DRINKS

No where in the advertisement or description does it say this WON’T work with low calorie, sugar free or diet drinks. Only found during setup. Will be returning immediately.

Freezes nothing at all.

Freezes NOTHING. Followed recipes on this site, did all the troubleshooting and the best it does is chill an already cold liquid. SO disappointed. Waited forever to get this item two days ago. I've ran it for over an hour and it will just not freeze anything. Feel pretty duped and this item is NOT cheap.

Great slushi & milkshake maker!

Bought this a couple of weeks ago. I am pleased with it so far, we have tried all of the presets, but frappé and spirit sushi have not been a success. Frappé is too foam or too icey. Tried 3 times and 3 different recipes. I was really looking forward to making my own frappé. The spirit slushi kept giving the error for not enough alcohol, but it was. I am not much of an alcohol drinker anyway. Love the slushi and milkshake though and I know my grandkids will too!

Unreachable places to clean and now growing mold

I wanted to absolutely fall in love with this product, as I do love all things Ninja, BUT....... they fell short. I do love the idea and it does what it says and makes slushes, frappés even frozen margaritas, but where they lost 2 stars for me is the canister. When I go to clean the canister, around the edges is so thin where they glued together, you can't get in it to clean. Your drinks can though. Which is a bad combination. So after using my machine 3x, I have mold growing where I can not clean. Ninja needs to remedy this soon, before people start getting sick if they don't notice the mold. I feel like this product is extremely pricy to have this kind of oversight.
