I have been eyeing this for a long time and finally bought it. I am so pleased with this product very easy to use and the insulated cups are not only functual but are so cute! I totally recomend this product.

If it worked, it would be great

Wanted to love the product but after 3 days of usage, the machine started making weird noise and then shuts off. When it worked, it was great, however it didn’t work more than it did work. At first I thought we made the temp too high but even on regular temp, the machine would randomly break down. If I’m paying premium for this machine, it should work at all times. Used it at most 6 times and 4 of those time, the machine went bonkers. I had to turn it off when it started making loud cracking noise and then turn it back on like 5 times before the drink turned slush( only workaround so far I found) but also inconvient.

Ninja Slushi...Amazing Machine..Just Buy it!!

I want to say I was 1 of the lucky few that was able to purchase 1 of these before they sold out..Ninja did NOT send me this for a review..We absolutely love it in our household..So far we have made Mango Margaritas 4 times,Strawberry Milkshakes,Coffee Frappe,and a Tropical Punch slushi..All of them were outstanding.Just as good if not better than restaurant quality.The machine is quiet and easy to clean.Your glass will get very cold and produce frost on the outside and get ready for BRAIN FREEZE!!! LOL Thank you Ninja for an amazing product.I hope for a pro version in the future that can hold like 1 or 2 gallons :)

I’ve used this almost everyday since I got it. It’s truly fabulous.
Easy to clean. I’ve done Coke Slushi’s, Cran Grape Slushi’s, Watermelon Slushi’s, and even made a Strawberry milkshake the other night. My favorite is as always the Coke Slushi.
Recommend people to get this once it’s back in stock, you’re going to just Love it.
Don’t have to travel 15 miles just to get a Slushi anymore.

I received a used machine

I waited months for this machine to be restocked and was beyond excited when I finally got my hands on one. However, when I unboxed it, I noticed markings all over the machine, suggesting that it had been used. I'm extremely disappointed. To make matters worse, the company didn't offer to send me a brand-new replacement, instead offering only a 20% discount or a return. This is incredibly frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Health concerns

Overall, I really enjoy the machine and making drinks with it. We've made margaritas, coffee, frozen lemonades and they all taste wonderful. The reason for my low rating is that there is a MAJOR design flaw that is actually a health risk. The vessel at the back has a plastic lip that is only about a fingernail's width. This makes it impossible to clean and debris/residue from previous beverages become trapped.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If I could give Z E R O stars I would! This machine is ABSOLUTELY a joke! We the people spend T O O much money on a non functional machine! I’ve only used this machine 3 times! It’s loud & make a screeching sound! The liquor gets caught in the vessel which in turn, causes M O L D! I’ve tried everything possible to fix that! I.E Waterpik, Interdental Brush, Sink sprayer. N O T H I N G works! Then HORRIBLE Customer have the audacity to tell me to purchase another vessel? WHY? Only to go through the same thing? Besides it’s ALWAYS out of stock! BEFORE Y’all SORRY engineers create ANOTHER money grabbing item, fix the issues with the previous product! Ninja corporation is a JOKE! I’m filing a claim with FDA cause MOLD IS A SAFETY ISSUE & Y’ALL DON’T WANT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! I’LL BE THE FIRST TO GET THIS STARTED!

Scam, Does NOT work.

Device does NOT function properly. Shuts off every 2mins with Low Sugar alert, but I have constantly continued to add sugar but device still shuts off. DO NOT BUY this thing is a scam.
