Better Than All the Rest

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the first thing I noticed was the weight. A heavy box indicting to me a solid well made speaker. I want to put this to use in the back yard while gardening or grilling with friends while playing great sounding, quality sound. the audio is perfect even from a distance. The first connection to my phone was easy. Push the on button and than the bluetooth connction and its good to go. I also connected to my pc just fine.

Great Sound, Great Look, Long Range Capability!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once again JBL comes in with stylish design, and epic sound! This wireless speaker packs a punch with great sound, quality bass, and a really cool strap to carry this speaker on your next adventure. The one thing I wish it did have, was a handle. I have another JBL party speaker that is a bit larger and it has handles on the side, that I really enjoy for easy grabbing. Despite not having a handle, the carry strap is great for throwing it over your shoulder and being the hit of where ever you are headed.
A few great things that stood out with this speaker, was it has reverse charging capabilities. So, when my iphone dies, it connects to charge that as well. The ability to link with my other JBL speaker is also pretty cool. I was able to connect both my JBL speakers together to create a great combo while outside chillin.
The range of between my phone and speaker is another feature I always look at. Nothing is worse than having to walk away from the speaker to grab something down the hall, and have the music skip or pause because it lost connection with your cell phone. Not with this JBL! Walked downstairs to grab a drink and the music stayed connected perfectly. Not to mention you could still hear the great sound from this speaker.
I would highly recommend this portable speaker from JBL. Long range, great sound, long lasting battery, stylish, and easy carry strap makes is a sure sell for me!

Unleash Your Sound: The JBL Xtreme 4 Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Xtreme 4 packs a punch. It's small, but it roars with powerful sound. Seriously, this thing fills a room with bass that you can feel. Plus, it's tough as nails. Water, dust - it doesn't care. Take it camping, to the beach, wherever. And it's got Bluetooth, so no cords to trip over. Bonus: it charges your phone. Bottom line? If you want big sound in a small package, this is it.

Amazing sound quality!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using the extreme downstairs listening to music and my wife thought it was our stereo system instead. The sound quality is over amazing. The bass is heavy but not too heavy. Perfect for outside or inside.

Versatile Speaker That Has Enhanced Flexibility

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Xtreme 4 speaker has been an absolutely stellar bluetooth speaker. I have been using it in my apartment and the sound quality phenomenal - particularly when it comes to hosting parties. I will defintely be taking this speaker with me out to the beach and on my boat. One characteristic about I particularly love about the speaker is that we're able to connect MULTIPLE speakers at ONCE. This was great for when I was playing music both in the living room and my bedroom and did not have to move my speakers or replay the song using another speaker. 10/10 would recommend

Great sounding, sturdy, larger portable speaker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great speaker. Clear sound. Connected easily and quickly straight out of the box. The highs and mids really came thru. The ability to personize the equailizer with the JBL portable app is a fantastic feature for those with particular tatses. Not the most bass heavy speaker, but it has plenty and did well for me.
The speaker is big and feels very solid and rugged without being too heavy. The carry strap and the clips feel very sturdy and would give me confidence to carry anywhere.
This speaker has plenty of sound for its size and can used inside or out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Phenomenal Indoor/Outdoor Speaker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] JBL's new Xtreme 4 bluetooth speaker is a dream for those who love listening to their favorite tunes or podcasts anytime and anywhere. When I received the speaker, I was genuinely excited during the unboxing. The speaker is beautiful with many nice touches from the grippy base to the speckled bumpers on each end to the metal hardware that the carrying strap clips to. Right away, I was excited to bring this outside to enjoy. I could already envision bringing it camping, boating, to the beach, while outside while doing yardwork, and just relaxing in the sunshine. It's compact enough that it's easy to store, and I've found it looks great indoors too where I've also been jamming with it often.
Most importantly, the speaker sounds so smooth with so much power. It handles anything I throw at it. The speaker produces crystal clear sound whether I'm listening to an acoustic set or a powerful bass-heavy tune. It really handles the highs and lows with ease. Even outdoors, the speaker has plenty of volume and clarity.
On top of all this, the speaker has a 24 hour battery life. Also, the battery can be easily replaced if needed. The Xtreme 4 can be paired with other JBL speakers that have Auracast or PartyBoost technology. The action buttons on the speaker are simple to use. You can access the power button, control the volume, play/pause/next/go back on your playlist, go into Bluetooth pairing mode, and connect with certain other JBL speakers. The buttons are cleanly laid out and are easy to use, and they are nicely responsive. There is so much functionality packed into such a simple set up.
Thanks to the added features such as the grippy base, the speckled rubber bumpers on the ends, and even grip on the carrying strap, the speaker screams durability. On tops of the protective and proactive touches, the speaker is rated IP67 making it waterproof and dustproof. The loops on the speaker itself are metal as well as the clips on the strap. The build materials are of high quality. Did I mention the buckle on the strap also has a metal bottle opener?
All in all, this may be my favorite speaker. The combination of fantastic sound, all-day battery life, great build quality, and convenient portability is unmatched.
