Fantastic Addition to my home gym, I was on the fence for 6 months not sure that I wanted to spend the money for the Centr 3 and I am so happy that I did.

The equipment works very well,

The equipment works very well, in particular the smith bar allows heavy weight workouts safely when alone. Pulleys and cables operate smoothly. Only suggested improvement would be to have some kind of quick disconnect for the handles and curl bar - the allen head screws require tools, slow down the workout, and will eventually get dropped and lost.

Really wanted to upgrade my gym from the standard bench, free weights, power tower and basically combined this into one machine with the smith machine such a huge win because I don't have a spotter when I'm at home. Great quality equipment! Also the assembly was very straightforward thankfully.

I absolutely love this gym. It is perfect for what I want to do as I am turning 63 this year and have no desire to lift heavy weights. The smith machine set-up is perfect, safe and extremely user friendly. It doesn't take up a lot of space and having the pulley system back is a game changer. Putting it together was a breeze as there wasn't a lot of assembly required, and the video online made it idiot proof. I pretty much live on this machine working out two times per day. I am going to add extra plates as I would like to use more weights for my legs and back. I'm really upset I didn't find you guys a few years ago but better late than never.
Great product and the price was awesome as well. 5 Stars.
