I absolutely love this gym. It is perfect for what I want to do as I am turning 63 this year and have no desire to lift heavy weights. The smith machine set-up is perfect, safe and extremely user friendly. It doesn't take up a lot of space and having the pulley system back is a game changer. Putting it together was a breeze as there wasn't a lot of assembly required, and the video online made it idiot proof. I pretty much live on this machine working out two times per day. I am going to add extra plates as I would like to use more weights for my legs and back. I'm really upset I didn't find you guys a few years ago but better late than never. Great product and the price was awesome as well. 5 Stars.
Really wanted to upgrade my gym from the standard bench, free weights, power tower and basically combined this into one machine with the smith machine such a huge win because I don't have a spotter when I'm at home. Great quality equipment! Also the assembly was very straightforward thankfully.
The equipment works very well, in particular the smith bar allows heavy weight workouts safely when alone. Pulleys and cables operate smoothly. Only suggested improvement would be to have some kind of quick disconnect for the handles and curl bar - the allen head screws require tools, slow down the workout, and will eventually get dropped and lost.
The assembly of the machine was straight forward. This is a solid machine with a lot of options. The pully systems operate very smoothly and quietly. I would rate 5 stars, but the integrated smith bar is a little clunky to operate. Overall, this is a very solid machine with options to work from the at-home workout enthusiasts.
This is a great machine! It's solid and high quality, and it has enough exercise options to let me mix it up. Doing the same 5 or 6 lifts every time gets old, and it's not ideal for training. The Centr 3 allows me to hit each muscle group in multiple ways so my workouts don't stagnate. The Smith bar is my favorite aspect of the machine. I suffered some spinal injuries several years ago, and that has really limited my ability to keep fit and mobile. In particular, squats were out of the question. My legs still have some good strength, but I have nerve damage that compromises my ability to stabilize the lift. With the Centr 3, I can rely on the mechanical stability of the Smith bar, allowing me to start reversing the muscle loss from years of "taking it easy." I know I'll never be as strong as I was before my injuries, but with Centr in my corner, I'll be a heck of a lot closer!
Fantastic Addition to my home gym, I was on the fence for 6 months not sure that I wanted to spend the money for the Centr 3 and I am so happy that I did.
