I recently purchased this smith machine for my home and I must say it is a game changer. I work 12hr+ shifts which make it hard to consistently make it to the gym before or after a long day. This has changed that. I didn’t want to go with plates so having a smith on weight stacks is top tier. The machine is well-built, sturdy and durable, providing a stable base for all my workouts. The cables are smooth and provide a fluid motion that makes working out a breeze. The bench is heavy and stable, making it ideal for lifting weights. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a high-quality home gym solution.

After much time reviewing and comparing the many competing products in the market, we came down to this choice.... ok, Chris Hemsworth's endorsement helped :-) I am a perpetual beginner in exercise but I know that the gym set is versatile and will be useful in whatever level of fitness I am in. The gym set is so easy to use, I don't get confused and frustrated. It also has safety features that makes me feel secure that I won't hurt myself. Honestly though, the equipment plus using your Centre website is amazing. The exercise programs and menu suggestions are like an organizer to me. I do not have to think about what to food to make... I just need to buy the ingredients and make them. In following the daily menu, I am ensured a healthy diet. I know there are many more elements your website offers, like sleep and meditation and I can't wait to try it.

Packs a punch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An amazing machine you can get all of your exercises with this machine. I have tennis elbow and I was able to safely do biceps curl with one side and help me slowly increase the strength and grip.

I've been using this for approx 6 months and love it. I can do most any weighted exercise imaginable. I would recommend this cable machine for it's quality and sturdiness.

Great and complete home gym for any level

I am taller than average at 6'4" and have always had a hard time with home gyms. I found this one after a long search and am happy to report that with a medium sized room (11.5' x 10'), I have room for a full workout with this home gym and room to spare for my spin bike!
Spend the time to watch the setup videos on YouTube and familiarize yourself with how the machine works, and every workout will feel like you were at your favorite gym, without all the travel and all those people!
