I’m obsessed with this iron/steamer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re in need of a new iron/steamer this is the one! To have a combination of both in one appliance is great if your a minimalist like myself. I’m obsessed with the design and functionality. It’s changed my boring laundry room to such a vibe. I now enjoy ironing & steaming. It removes wrinkles with just two passes and steams my dresses
perfectly. Also the detail of including a resting tray is brilliant! I couldn’t have created a better color combo with the retro aesthetic. The best iron/steamer I’ve ever owned.

Steampunk meets steam/iron 😍

-Compact and lightweight
-Stylized, cute, retro, a whole VIBE 😍
-Simple settings, buttons are very clearly labeled with images of what they do.
-Comes with a little easy-pour measuring cup to fill the steam tank up.
-Comes with a lightweight heat resistant base.
-Handle does a full 180° turn, allowing for customizable grip and control.
-Steams like a pro

A few things I noticed that are worth noting:
-The handle feels not as sturdy as the rest of the piece, as though too much pressure on it would break the handle in a way.
-The cord is not swivel-y, but it is long and sturdy, so that shouldn't pose too much complication.
-The steaming function is an absolute lifesaver and is this tool's strong suit. The ironing is useful in a pinch, especially if you're traveling and want to bring a 2 in 1 wham bam with you, just not as strong as a heavy, big ole fashioned iron.

All in all, 9/10! The handle dropped that star down, but it is still totally worth it if you travel a lot or prefer multi-use tools that take up less space than their one-trick predecessors.

Great Little Multi Steamer & Iron

As someone that lives in an apartment, it’s much more convenient to have one thing that does both instead of having a heavy iron and big streamer. I love the aesthetic retro design, it’s pretty and is awesome for basic needs. The ironing was pretty good but i wish there was an option to adjust heat. There is only one setting but it get the job done, I used it for work clothes (slacks and dress shirts). It’s decent size and lightweight which is great for traveling and storage. The steamer option is great and works well but again, there’s only one option for steam or no steam. A bonus was that it came with its own heat resistant base which is very helpful! I will be using this a bunch!

Cute Design good for simple stuff!

I usually steam anyways but those pesky cotton wrinkles you can’t get out might require a regular iron with settings like delicate, level of heat, etc. love the retro design! Could use improvements for sure.

Small but effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This small iron worked surprisingly good. The best thing about is is that it was hot and ready to iron in less than a minute. Turning the handle made it easy to use. There is only one heat setting so I’m guessing the steam function will be for the more delicate fabrics. I did try to use the steam function while ironing a shirt but I’m used to my iron where you just push a button for bursts of steam here and there. This one you have to switch it from iron to steam every time you want steam. Also you cannot just stand it up while moving your clothes. You have to set it in the tray it comes with. Those two things are the only thing I didn’t like but I’m sure will just take time to get used to. Other than that it worked great. I didn’t have anything delicate to steam so I just tried a dress shirt and it just did ok. I would think it will work great steaming a thinner fabric.

Tiny bit mighty!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steam iron is small and cute yet powerful. It has quite good athletics with retro style controls which add to the stylish and sleek look. The color pearl with gold accents is beautiful and the handle can be rotated 180 degrees and can be used as per convenience. I love how portable it is and I got crease free clothes in no time, plus it is a thing of beauty. If you are on the lookout for a new portable iron, I would highly recommend this.

Just OK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like the Duopress Steamer & Iron, maybe because of the retro look, but unfortunately it was just OK. I used it three ways, iron dry on a ironing board, iron with steam on an ironing board and upright steam. First, you must turn the handle out otherwise the cord will be on top of the iron and will be in the way. However, when you do this, it is too top heavy, even while flat ironing. I didn’t think it was a big deal, but after a short time, my wrist got sore with having your grip so low and not over the middle of the iron.
DRY flat ironing - Fail. It doesn’t get hot enough in my opinion that I could not get the wrinkles and creases out.
STEAM flat ironing - Worked as should, but there is no pause button, so when you have to move your item, you either have to keep holding the iron or if you set it down on the provided tray, condensation goes all over from the steam. Again, it is top heavy with your hand not being centered and makes your wrist sore.
UPRIGHT steam ironing - Worked fine. The iron has to be very close to the fabric. I was able to get some wrinkles/creases out of a curtain, but not all.
All in all, I wasn’t impressed, but it looks nice. I received this product for free for my honest review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is way prettier than pics do justice. However, practically it’s really meh. It has two settings. Steam, or no steam. No temp control, no control for the amount of steam. If you just need a pretty iron for the most basic needs, it’s cool. Overpriced for that, but not so much that it’s ridiculous. Anyone who works with different textiles will have no use for this.
