[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very impressed with this as a Steamer. The ironing was ok but the steamer part is great. No complicated features here, just a really cute retro iron. It really works,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the ironing function to be okay, but the steamer function worked great. I also love the color and retro style. The emerald green and gold combo is beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as I opened the box, I was in love! I know, who gets excited over a clothes iron, right? This iron has a very steampunk esk look to it. I love that it has the steam function. Using that always seems to put a better press to the fabric. You can also use this iron to steam your curtains while they ate still hanging. No more wrinkly curtains! This would also be good for dresses that can't be pressed. Just use tje steam.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been looking into this sort of ironing mechanism because I wanted to repair a pair of favorite jeans. Luckily I found this to be very helpful. It helped me iron on a few patches that I liked. It steams clothing easily. Adding distilled water is recommended and that's fine with me. The iron comes with its own little stand which I was surprise but grateful for. Overall I liked this little piece very much. It's been years since I've had an iron. Now I can get the wrinkles out of everything I need to without having to worry about it working or not. It works like a charm. It looks very cool to me too. Highly recommend to buy it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so excited about this steamer+iron because I am always needing a steamer/iron in my household. I love the retro design on this and love the long cord. It has a mini cup for refills for water . A plus to this iron is it has a pad to set the iron on when it’s hot! I haven’t seen any irons have that! This is awesome! The streamer works great! Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is way prettier than pics do justice. However, practically it’s really meh. It has two settings. Steam, or no steam. No temp control, no control for the amount of steam. If you just need a pretty iron for the most basic needs, it’s cool. Overpriced for that, but not so much that it’s ridiculous. Anyone who works with different textiles will have no use for this.

Just OK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like the Duopress Steamer & Iron, maybe because of the retro look, but unfortunately it was just OK. I used it three ways, iron dry on a ironing board, iron with steam on an ironing board and upright steam. First, you must turn the handle out otherwise the cord will be on top of the iron and will be in the way. However, when you do this, it is too top heavy, even while flat ironing. I didn’t think it was a big deal, but after a short time, my wrist got sore with having your grip so low and not over the middle of the iron. DRY flat ironing - Fail. It doesn’t get hot enough in my opinion that I could not get the wrinkles and creases out. STEAM flat ironing - Worked as should, but there is no pause button, so when you have to move your item, you either have to keep holding the iron or if you set it down on the provided tray, condensation goes all over from the steam. Again, it is top heavy with your hand not being centered and makes your wrist sore. UPRIGHT steam ironing - Worked fine. The iron has to be very close to the fabric. I was able to get some wrinkles/creases out of a curtain, but not all. All in all, I wasn’t impressed, but it looks nice. I received this product for free for my honest review.
