I like these a lot of better then the blink cameras I had before and better offers of free features . I just hope the battery holds up as well as they say , otherwise hell ya ! Been using for 2 weeks with no issue

As a small but growing business, we struggle to find the middle ground between personal programs and equipment that doesn't give us the business tools we need and enterprise and commercial products that are prohibitively expensive. In particular, as a healthcare provider, we must follow HIPAA regulations. This product is exactly what we need: relatively inexpensive, easy to install cameras without with a local storage option. My only complaint is that the only way to access the footage is through a phone or tablet (there is no browser-based interface).
After receiving the initial base and two-cameras, we realized this was exactly what we needed and added a third camera to our system by ordering online. However, there was a mistake at the warehouse and instead of sending a single brand-new camera, they sent a used system (base + 2 cameras). As I was anxious to get the cameras up and running, and I went ahead and installed one of the cameras. After emailing the company, they said that I could keep the system I have and that they would either send a brand-new camera or give me a 20% refund. They've also given me a six-month warranty on the used camera. As a small business, we understand how mistakes happen, and we always go out of our way to quickly rectify the issue and provide some compensation. I'm glad to see that AOSU does the same thing with their customers.

I have bought these cameras and have no issues at all whatsoever with them. The only thing I'd say is the batteries will not last 8 months on a charge. I've had my driveway cam up for no longer than 2 wks and the battery is already below 75% with minimal traffic. With that said the clarity of the videos are great and you can zoom into the video as well. I have other Aosu products and I have to state in my review that they will only help and assist you with their devices when they are under warranty. After the 1 yr warranty period is up, your Aosu items are as good as trash if they stop working. They will not even assist you on where to get the device fixed and definitely won't replace it, even if they deem the device defective from their end. Given how the company operates I can not give 5 stars for sub par support on their products after the warranty period.
