Not often get something on line and exceeds expectations on this occasion certainly did from set up to picture quality that impressed with the cameras bought another camera to add on. Unfortunately had issues adding it to the hub emailed the support team all resolved with in 24 hours . Couldn’t ask for more quality product with first class support.

I experienced a billing issue that caught me by surprise. Wasn't anything I was aware of purchasing that I had been charged for. I immediately got online and found out that when you email this company with a problem you dont have to wait long for a response. I wrote a single detailed email about my situation and a Daisy took over from there. She not only responded quickly she ran with it. Next thing I know im getting emails from the right people letting me know that I need not worry because Daisy had it completely under control and everything was taken care of and I had to do nothing but write 1 detailed email. Thanks to Daisy and AOSU.

I inherited an older system with a new house purchase and Ann from support walked me through transferring it to our account. She made it EASY and was super helpful ☺️

I inherited a system from a previous owner and had some trouble getting everything working. Ann from support walked me through everything and even sent out new parts under warranty.
I will absolutely buy AOSU again and I'm currently looking at adding some outdoor solar cams to my current system.

Had an issue with one of my outdoor cameras. Aosu determined it was faulty. Ann contacted me within 24hrs and advised that a replacement was on its way. Received it with 36hrs of the email. Ann and her team are fantastic and so is the product. Highly recommend
