Ann was incredibly helpful and patiently solved my camera pairing issues through several emails.
At one point I was ready to request a return, Ann offered that option, but also asked I try one more time to fix things. And it worked! I鈥檓 so pleased with AOSU, but also, so impressed by Ann.

We have several of these systems and have found them to be great for coverage, clarity and the ability to set the recording field. The app is very easy to use and it allows us to control more than one location. We have had issues with our home bases at times, but Aosu has replaced them free of charge.

I was have trouble with an older camera that is no longer available. Ann was able to take care of me and send me a replacement camera that will meet my needs.

Affordable and reliable camera. I like the no-subscription storage and the picture quality is very good. So far so good. perfect for basic home security which we use for our rental property

I鈥檝e been using the Aosu wireless camera system and it works very well. The installation was easy, the video quality is clear, and the app is simple to use. Overall, it鈥檚 a reliable home security system and I鈥檓 happy with it
