I calles to report an issues with my cameras and it was resolved immediately by Ann. She responded quickly and put my system back on track. 10/10 to her.

I had a camera that wouldn't charge or turn on. My problem was immediately escalated to the next level for resolution. Ann handled my concern and sent me a replacement camera.
I love these cameras!! I have multiple cameras for both security and to see the wildlife that comes in the night. Excellent video quality!

I had the please of working with Ann, and she was great. She thought out of the box to ensure the purchased product would work for me, and I greatly appreciate that. Ann was fast at responding to my questions, and made everything super simple. She handled my concern just as I would of hoped. Thanks again, Ann.

I broke a mounting bracket to my camera. AOSU was very helpful in me getting a replacement. iT was easy and hassle free. Will buy them again when I up grade later on.

If your selling a camera that requires a SIM card. Perhaps the company can provide the cards - with the purchase process. Also, I’m having trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi. After entering the acct #, the phone key pad does not drip down. So that I can continue the set up🙃
Otherwise, it appears to be a great product.
