The Frame is perfection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Splurged this year on the TV. The Samsung Frame is incredibly beautiful. and is 100% noticeably better than 90% of TVs on the market. Love the matte display, and the art display options .
The GUI interface on this tv can be a little bit clunky, and can have a little bit of lag. but overall works fine with the 3-4 apps in use on it.

The best TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung Frame TV! It is a great TV for people like me who do not always have a show on and want it to look like art. We have it hanging over our fireplace and I have a frame that I purchased that makes it even more beautiful.
The picture quality is fantastic. My husband especially loves the no-glare feature. I would highly recommend this TV.

Nice Idea, Poor Execution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unimpressive picture quality, with visual distortion on scenes with harsh lighting. Blurry on scenes with movement such as sports.
Interface for controlling art difficult to use. Requires a yearly fee if you want art other than the scraps they give you.

First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms
3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments
5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators

It has holiday pictures and beautiful scenery and fall trees and winter scapes. I just can’t say enough! We watch movies and it is so clear and it’s like you are there!

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When streaming shows the sound will go up for back round noise in the show. I do like how the sound adjust if i am vacuuming around it. The picture quality is nice. I especially like all the picture options but it requires a subscription that says its included with the tv but doesn’t work.
