To help stabilize volume levels, try enabling the Auto Volume function, which automatically adjusts sound when switching channels or inputs: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume > On
You may also want to run a Sound Test to check for audio issues: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Sound Test

Amazing addition to our home.

We love the seasonal pieces that we can rotate trough without any thought that always make our family room look festive.

Bad purchase, bad quality operating system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The operating system is clubcky not intuitive and filled with bugs. It dissconnects the cable and other deduces multiple times a week - and they way it is set up, you’ve re configure the connection every time! I called multiple times, never got anyone that understood the problem let alone fix it. The control remote is crappy because it is super sensitive to any touch and you can’t really control the way you want it

Love the Samsung Frame TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been so satisfied with the Frame TV. We haven’t experienced any problems with picture, WiFi reception, or sound. We love how the profile is so slim and that it really hugs the wall. Having the Frame TV has made our entertainment area much neater due to the slim cord that attaches in the back and the power box that is stored inside our cabinet. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering a Frame TV!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Frame TV is used for casual viewing of sports and news plus streaming videos.
The art portion of the product is great and fun. The TV portion is quirky at best. It requires frequent restarts to help with connection and to synch the audio and video.
None of the older TVs on the same WiFi network have the same problems.
