[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the picture and quality. I really like the anti-reflection. I great compliments. The only issue is the sound. The volume raises and lowers on it's own. Not sure why. Overall I love the tv. I also have a 2022 Frame 55 Inch.

Love the art store on the TV

One of our favorite things is to change the art every morning to see who can put the silliest thing up. I of course love all the choices for the seasons.

Volume control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The volume control does not work well on the TV. It sometimes just burst out loud and then goes back to the original setting. I wish there was a way to stop it from bursting the volume. Otherwise it’s a great product.

Sound issue has me baffled as it will randomly broadcast louder and I can’t fix it.

Night mode doesn't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this TV for a year and no-one can get the night mode to work. So we have had to put thin tape over the sensor so the TV will to turn off after we have gone to sleep. Then when we go to turn it back on the next day we need to use two separate remotes (Universal remote and Samsung remote) to turn it back on. Yes if we just used the Samsung remote to watch TV it would work fine but that negates the whole purpose of buying a fancy TV that fits into our AV system and home style. We have 3 Frame TV's in this house and none of them work properly. We also have three older models (2020) in another house using the same Universal remote system that work perfectly.
