Love my Art Display

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I most appreciate is the art display. The streaming works great, the picture is great. My only negative is that my first Frame tv only lasted 3 years. I’m hopeful that this one lasts longer than 3 years.

Beautiful Photos vs Black Screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the Frame TV....it's fun to catch the changing photos and review whether we love, like, or don't like a photo and why. We use Utube TV and Netflix. Am sure we will add more as time goes on. The sound, color, etc are excellent. We upgraded from a smaller TV and I did not want a huge black screen in the room. It's perfect.

Thank you for your review. If you're not hearing sound from your Frame TV, please try the following:

• Check your volume and mute settings, and confirm external speakers are powered on.
• If using HDMI ARC/eARC, make sure you’re using a certified HDMI cable and go to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > HDMI eARC Mode = Auto. Also enable Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) under External Device Manager.
• For Optical, be sure the external audio device is on before connecting, and set Sound Output = Optical.
• For Bluetooth, try unpairing and reconnecting: Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List
• For Wi-Fi speakers, use: Sound Output > Wi-Fi Speaker Surround Setup and make sure both devices are on the same network.

You can also try running a Sound Test: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Sound Test

Love them so much we have Three!

We have a 65” in our family room, a 55” in the master bedroom, and a 55” in the living room of our second home. We love them!

Not as good as my previous Frames

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I expected this Frame to be an improved experience or at least the same as my older models. My main issue is that when "turn off" my directv, the TV turns off completely and does not go into art mode (like my units from 2 years prior). Then whenever I go to turn on the tv, it often takes multiple attempts. It's strange, but in further research, this is a common compliant. But as far is picture and sound, the TV does a good job and no complaints there.

We appreciate your feedback, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
