Wished it sounds as good as it looks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Frame looks exquisite … the picture quality and art collection are both amazing. Unfortunately, the sound is substandard and made worse by the tendency of the volume to suddenly amplify for a few seconds before going quiet. The fix requires navigating a labyrinth of settings and “advanced” settings required each time you turn it on! Seems like Samsung knows about it but does not provide a software patch. Ugh!

Thank you for purchasing Samsung's Frame TV and for your feedback on the sound. To ensure you’ve got the latest sound quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

If the sound is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal preferences.

• Sound Modes may better meet your personal preferences. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode, or Expert Settings to fine-tune and customize your sound.

• Adaptive Sound will also further optimize sound quality by analyzing the viewing space and the acoustic components of the content. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings.

Should you choose to add a Samsung Soundbar to your TV, please know that our Q-Series Soundbars (such as the HW-S800D) feature Q-Symphony which will synchronize with the speakers of your TV for an immersive 3D sound experience.

Visitors seeing the Frame TV are amazed it is not a picture hanging on the wall. Several have gone home and ordered one for their home! Such a nice assortment of pictures to choose from.

The Frame-Review After 3 Months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 1st time purchasing/owning a Samsung T.V., and so far I have been very pleased with said purchase. The picture quality is a huge improvement compared to my last t.v., which was not a Samsung. While I felt the price was slightly high compared to standard TVs, so far I feel it has shown to be worth its value. While certain reviews claimed said tv to have a mediocre picture quality and contrast, especially in dark scenes, I would completely disagree. I did allot of research, comparing and contrasting before deciding on what T.V. to invest in. Although there are definitly limited viewing angles, one might argue that may be because of our tv's location and the size of room it is located in. So far, I am very pleased with said purchase and would recommend this t.v. as an investment worth one's while. Overall, I am very pleased worth said purchase.

The "worst" tv I have ever purchased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst TV I have ever purchased. I have had nothing but conflicts with my TV and xfinity cable provider. There are times when I can't get any signal from cable TV. I never know if the TV will work any time I want to use it. Buyer beware!

Thank you for sharing your experience with Wi-Fi connectivity. If your TV is having trouble connecting to the network, the following steps may help resolve the issue:

Signal & Setup Tips:
1. Check TV-to-router distance – Your TV should be within 50 feet of the modem or access point for reliable signal strength.
2. Minimize interference – Turn off nearby wireless devices and make sure there are no physical barriers (stone walls, fireplaces, appliances) between the TV and router.
Power Cycle Devices:
3. Restart both your TV and router – Unplug both devices for at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in and allow them to reboot fully.
Connection Type:
4. Evaluate your connection method –
o If using Wi-Fi, move your router closer to the TV and eliminate any obstructions.
o For a more stable connection, we strongly recommend using a wired Ethernet cable.
o If already using Ethernet, verify the cable is working by testing it with another device.
Run Built-In Diagnostic Tools:
5. Network Test: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Smart Hub Connection Test
6. Wi-Fi Check: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Wi-Fi
Last Resort:
7. Perform a Factory Reset (if issues persist): Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Reset > Factory Data Reset. Note that this will return all settings to their original defaults.
