Beautiful TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this tv mostly for how it looks when it's off, and it doesn't disappoint. Art mode looks great and is easy to use. The picture quality is great when watching content as well. Have had some issues with the features not staying how we set them (art mode, adaptive sound, etc.), but overall it's a great tv.

The best frame deal going!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just finished off a basement remodel and added the Samsung "The Frame" television option in the game room! But to top things off, we already had an upstairs Samsung "The Frame" television in the main living room! No matter what area of the house we are using, we have the same great television experience! We can use "The Frame" to illustrate/view specific interesting picture scenes. Quite the atmosphere for guests as well. Enjoyed by many!

Superb image and exceptional features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very pleased with our Frame TV. The image is sharp and clear from a variety of viewing angles. We have really enjoyed the art available by subscription. The remote is easy to learn, and Samsung’s ecosystem is fairly complete.
I would not two things. First, especially for those considering purchasing, is to make sure you have the correct electrical set up for the TV installed behind the TV within the wall. If not, you will have a large black box to deal with. We didn’t know this, and have managed to hide it, but this was unexpected in a wall-mounted TV.
Second, Samsung lacks an app for DirectTV. So if you have that as a cable service, you can only connect by Airplay from your phone, tablet or laptop.

A "frame" tv should come with a frame.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV itself has a great picture. My issues are with having to pay a good deal extra for the frame and for the artwork.
It took a bit of work, but I was able to make use of my Fire TV remote. The Samsung Frame provides a healthy array of streaming sites, but the Fire TV has a bit more. Plus the remote is easier to use than the Samsung remote.

Good TV with good remote

Love the tv and the art! Fantastic quality. Would love to be able to use the Spotify app to play music on the tv and switch to art mode though. That would be a great upgrade. Overall very happy with the tv.

Owning a Frame TV from Samsung is great

In a small house, a Frame TV is the perfect solution for a living room that isn’t just the TV room. We use the art feature to provide an additional painting, which then becomes our TV. I was sure this would do the trick, and it has. The TV has worked flawlessly.
