Fantastic Concept!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a Samsung customer for 16 years, I have wanted a Frame since they came out but haven’t had a chance to purchase one. We just moved and finally we were able to get the Frame. The only way to describe it is “Phenomenal “, to be able to have beautiful art works on your wall and to be able to change them with the seasons, holidays or just to suit your mood is amazing. The Frame is all I imagined it would be and more because it’s also a Samsung TV!!

Love, but paying for all the extras

Picture perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very attractive TV for the living room. Hangs on the wall like a piece of art. Cable management is really nice snd discreet thanks to the innovative external cabling solution.
Picture quality is excellent, I’d put it close to my previous oled screen. Streaming movies and YouTube content is a breeze a the UI is very simple and intuitive.
It may fall short in a speck fight with flagship models but it makes up for it in asthetic appeal.

Stunning graphics, great amenities

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took forever to get the tv but once it arrived and we mounted it ourselves (definitely not for the faint at heart) we were floored with the graphics. The menu was difficult to follow, and the requirement for a Samsung account to access a lot of the features made it a frustrating experience. Overall we love the tv.

Love art!

I bought this 2 months ago and still have trouble using it! Had to pay a technician to help me understand how to maneuver the remote. Wish I had never bought it!
