It tries to be a TV and art.
If you want a great TV, get a different Samsung. If you want art on the wall, buy a painting.

We appreciate your thoughts on the picture quality of Samsung’s Frame TV. If the image you’re seeing isn’t to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to adjust.

Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
3. Eco: Provided to save energy
4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

With the variety of settings this television exceeds my expectations, quality, clarity with precise of depth and details. The best TV I’ve owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the frame tv cause it seem very interested I am having hard time figure everything out on it it’s so much stuff if your are not computer literal this is probably not the tv for you it’s a very nice tv and the art is cool but I have only had it maybe six months and this is the second time it will not stay on there is one good thing you can get it repaired directly through tv service can read your tv but you have to buy a care plan through them to get the service which it’s a good deal on it I have checked everything on my tv it’s in good shape but I keep doing something that makes its shut down the picture and trust me I have tried everything two or three times if you stream your tv and don’t have cable that will be a problem to keep it going probably the tv is smarter than me but for people that buy art you definitely should get it you will love it Samsung is the best products all there products are good I will only buy there tv and there all there stuff so don’t get me wrong I will figure it out what’s going on with my tv I know I will it’s just frustrating that my tv is smarter than me lol I do thing you should buy one or any of there tv are good thanks

I’m sorry to hear your SolarCell Remote is not charging as expected. Please try these steps which may help resolve this:

1. Press and hold Return and Microphone buttons (diagonally up and to the right of Return). This will reset the remote.
2. Stand within 1 foot of the TV and press and hold Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected

If you’re still experiencing issues with the remote, please also try the following:

- Unplug the TV for 30 seconds, and plug it back in.
- Try moving closer to the TV and re-pairing.
- Check to see if your remote is charged: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery
- Check for available firmware updates on your TV: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

Samsung’s Frame TV is top notch!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Frame TV by Samsung. This is our main television in our living room that is used solely for streaming. I love the elevated feature of art. It is so fun to change out the artwork for the seasons.
My husband and I are baby boomers and sometimes have issues with techie stuff, but we have been able to navigate through set up, operation, art mode etc. with no problem.
Wish we hadn’t waited so long to get one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV's incredibly thin profile allows it to blend seamlessly into my living space, transforming into a beautiful piece of artwork when not in use. This feature sets it apart from other televisions on the market.
the picture quality is outstanding. Colors are vibrant. I really like the anti-reflection screen, which effectively eliminates glare and allows for clear viewing from any angle, even in brightly lit rooms.
My only complaints are regarding the customizable frames. They are quite expensive, and because I have the TV on a swinging arm and move it frequently, the frame sometimes comes off.
