Sound issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love everything about my new TV except the sound. The sound goes in and out and up and down. It’s odd when you are watching something the volume is set where you want it and it goes way up without touching it. Thought it was cable at first but it’s not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the tv and It looks amazing. The hdmi ports didn't not work on the one that i had gotten. I was understanding that it could happen, but when It came to deal with warranty it was, and has been a nightmare. I'm at 3 weeks now of being jerked around and it has till not been delt with yet. The tv is great but the service is trash and nothing but a head ache
