Screen A+, User Interface F, Remote Control F

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screen is beautiful. Set-up is hard and not intuitive. Trying to add pictures is hard. Navigating from art to TV is hard. The remote is tiny, making it hard to use. More or less the opposite of using a TV with a ROKU. Roku = EASY, Samsung = HARD.

You can search for and select The Frame TV to download the guides you would like.

The e-Manual and Remote Guide are both also embedded into your TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support.

Massive piece of junk

This product is a laughable piece of junk. One of the worst products of any kind that I’ve ever purchased and easily the worst TV - and that includes super cheap value brands like Dynex, Insignia, TCL, etc.
This overpriced garbage didn’t work as advertised from day 1. UI is terrible. “Art mode” is always maxed out in brightness, no matter how many times we adjusted it, so nobody will be fooled into thinking this is anything other than a terrible TV. Constantly glitches or because unresponsive to remote inputs. Eventually we had to just hook up an external Roku but even that became useless when the volume stopped working on the remote. Samsung support is completely useless - their first suggestion is to download an update on your PC and then install it via thumb drive…ridiculous in 2025. Regardless, it didn’t work. Then with regards to the volume button, their support recommended that I “try pushing the volume button up to increase the volume.” Can’t wait to take a sledgehammer to this thing once my new TV arrives.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sound issue

It’s odd when you are watching something the volume is set where you want it and it goes way up without touching it. Thought it was cable at first but it’s not.

It stopped turning on after 1 year 3 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was working yesterday in the morning and then last night I tried to turn it on and nothing happened.
Charged the remote this morning, nothing. Either through remote or the power button behind the standby light. I can see a little standby red light, so the TV has power… right... Right? Took it off the wall, unplugged it, held the power button, replugged it in, tried to turn it on… still nothing.
I am a bit embarrassed to say that I insisted on buying this over my spouse’s objections and now its 2K for brick a year later. We don't have kids, we don't have pets, it's just been hanging on our wall, and all of a sudden won't turn on. I don't know what else to say, but I'm really disappointed in this thing and I'm not sure if I'd ever buy another samsung product after this experience.
