Not worth it

Honestly just not worth it. TV is very laggy and not well designed from a navigation standpoint. Subtle note that’s more specific to me but there in no NBA app for NBA League Pass. Maybe that’s a Samsung thing? Not sure but now have to screenplay from phone to watch which is annoying. But just in general it’s a slow TV and not worth the trade off of having a “cool” tv that puts up art (that you have to also buy a subscription to in order to truly control the art displayed) when you’re not using it. Would much rather have just gotten a more operable TV. Samsung usually has good products…just not The Frame
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great concept, execution is clunky

We've had this for a week and overall are happy with the tv. Picture is great, concept of tv with a frame displaying art is brilliant, but execution is absolutely not intuitive. Smart Things app is not real smart, and without YouTube tutorials would be beyond challenging, particularly for the over 40 crowd. But having a Van Gogh displayed over the fireplace is worth the effort and considerable expense.

Samsung has fallen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest I am disappointed been a fan of Samsung TV for years since the military. The service has been garbage -1star the. The actual TV works good I bought the 65inch and the 85inch frame TV. Been having trouble with the 85inch and the service has been horrible needles to say I am returning both TV. My neighbors bought Hisense frame tv and they love it I’ll probably switch to them.

It’s just okay…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV was excellent at the start but just a year and a half later, it now goes black for a few seconds while watching something on it and continues to do this constantly. So far my only solution Is unplug power to it for a half hour and plug back in. Ridiculous!!! Spend so much and quality is garbage!

Would not recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Frame TV isn’t performing the way it should. From the start, I’ve had several recurring issues that make me believe the unit may be defective. The volume output is unusually low, the screen flickers at random, and the WiFi disconnects frequently. The TV will also go completely black without warning.
On top of that, the audio and picture regularly fall out of sync. I’ve tried restarting the TV, but the issue continues, which makes it hard to use for even basic viewing. The picture quality itself also appears dull and flat compared to what I expected.
I invested a lot into this TV and chose it over other options because I genuinely wanted the Samsung Frame experience. At this point, though, the repeated issues have left me feeling like something is wrong with this particular tv i got.

Thank you for your feedback on the lip sync issues you're experiencing with your TV. This may be related to the content source, but if you're noticing the audio delay across all sources or channels, especially when using an external speaker setup (soundbar, receiver, etc.), there are a few settings that may help:

1. Adjust Digital Audio Delay. You can manually increase the audio delay to better match the video: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay

2. Enable Audio Pass-Through. Samsung TVs include an audio pass-through option, which sends the audio signal directly to your connected soundbar or receiver without additional processing by the TV. This can reduce delay when using external audio devices: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through

3. Check for Firmware Updates. Ensure your TV is running the latest software, which may include performance improvements related to sound or sync: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

LAGGY LAGGY LAGGY - Looks cool though

Yes, the art part is cool. However, the software running this is total junk. No idea why Samsung doesn't fix it. After using for a time period it becomes SUPER LAGGY. On YouTube for instance, you move left/right/up/down to videos and the TV doesn't show the motion. This happens on all apps regularly. I then need to unplug power on the TV box, plug back in, and it works for a short while before happening again. Another item bad is game center. It's pointless; they just need to let you pin a gaming device to the homescreen like any other device.
Overall, neat, but would never recommend this to anyone at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
