Terrible decision

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very bad quality, the screen is black and nobody can fix it. Terrible quality and the guarantee doesn’t work. I have been calling and finally someone came but for nothing because they didn’t fix it.

Basically I like the TV and having a larger screen. I also like being able to save photos to use as my screensavers. Things that could be improved: sometimes there’s a blue discoloration on skin and it would help if there was a user manual available to use for troubleshooting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Powers Off on its Own

This unit powers off on its own. The automatic software update update functionality does not work. Twice on with service, but unfortunately no resolution. Purchased in Sept. 2025. But at your own risk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’m sorry to hear your Frame TV is turning itself off. Please try the following, which may resolve this:

1. Navigate to the Art Home Screen, as Art Mode settings can only be accessed from here. If art is currently displayed on the screen, press Return on the remote to go to the Home screen or navigate to Art Mode from wherever you are on the TV.
2. Scroll all the way down to Art Mode Options, then highlight Night Mode. Press Enter on the remote to switch Night Mode from On to Off.
3. Extend the Sleep After time. This feature will turn off Art Mode after a set amount of time if no motion is detected around the TV. Sleep After is also located under Art Mode Options and can be set from 5 minutes to 4 hours. Select the Sleep After icon to select the desired time.

Please also be sure you’re running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an update available by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.

Great display, but starting to brown in spots.

Great TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife loves the look of the frame flat-mounted on the wall and cant stop telling her friends about awesome the TV displays artwork when not in use. The Frame does an excellent job of reading the room lighting and making the necessary adjustments to brightness to retain its spectacular colors. With its matte finish, you never have to worry about reflections obscurring the image.

One connect box is faulty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After one year the TV no longer turns on. There appears to be an issue with the one connect box. Its 3 weeks out of the one year warranty, So woul have to pay for a service call and a new one connect box

GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My TV decided that it was done with this world...just three months after the 1-year warranty was up. The TV started receiving false signals and turning off and on again on its own. A call to Samsung support revealed that for the cost to get someone in to fix it, I would be better off just getting a new one. TL;DR: get the extended warranty if you choose to buy this TV.
