Picture Quality Alwats Top Notch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reasons I purchased and kept my Samsung Frame 55" TV.
1) Samsung TV, are quality TVs.
2) Picture Quality always great clarity.
3.) I have purchased Samsung TVs for the last 16 years with excellent success.
My first was purchasewas the Hisense Frame 55" TV it was on sale and less expensive.
I don't regret the Hisense purchase, due to the fact this TV had a better long remote with a back light for night and a beautiful color remote and comfortable to hold.
The Hisense accessories were better, no additional cost for the art, and the frame included. Also included a two year warranty.
The Hisense TV picture quality was the deal breaker for me.
I'm spoiled by Samsung picture quality.
The Samsung Frame 55" looks smaller when the frame is attached.
The Frame 65" maybe a better choice for size and looks.
The Samsung art is yummy to look at, I sit with a glass of wine and feel so relaxed and serene just watching my art display.
I love when my TV is turned off, my family room is divine with the art displaying.
(Samsung I really feel you should please send me a 65" Frame TV, to include a frame the teak wood and I would be most grateful.
( "You don't have, if you don't ask".)

Love TV design, underwhelmed by the picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, the TV is as advertised in terms of its design and appearance flat on the wall. However, the color quality and the ease of changing the color is underwhelming. I am kind of surprised actually. Sorry.

First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

To explore picture mode options, navigate to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode. Options include:
• Standard – Ideal for general viewing
• Dynamic – Brighter and more vibrant for well-lit spaces
• Eco – Optimized for energy efficiency
• Movie – Best for viewing in low light
• Filmmaker Mode – Preserves the content creator’s intent and disables motion smoothing for supported content

You can further customize your image by going to: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, where you can adjust Brightness, Contrast, Color Tone, Sharpness, Contrast Enhancer and more.

Terrible decision

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very bad quality, the screen is black and nobody can fix it. Terrible quality and the guarantee doesn’t work. I have been calling and finally someone came but for nothing because they didn’t fix it.

Basically I like the TV and having a larger screen. I also like being able to save photos to use as my screensavers. Things that could be improved: sometimes there’s a blue discoloration on skin and it would help if there was a user manual available to use for troubleshooting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks just like a picture frame!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv. It was easy to mount, plus not having an ugly tv mount hanging on the wall is a plus. The sound quality from the tv is surprisingly good. Didn't bother getting a soundbar.

Blacklight Bleeding Samsung The Frame

I purchased the Samsung The Frame one month ago, excited by the great reviews and the promise of a high-quality viewing experience. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. From the very beginning, I noticed visible white spots during dark scenes, which completely ruin the viewing experience, especially in low-light environments.
I’ve tried adjusting the brightness and contrast settings, changing picture modes, and even updating the software, but the issue persists. It’s frustrating to invest in a premium TV and encounter this type of problem, which I honestly would expect in lower-end models, not in one of this price range and supposed quality.
This defect, which seems to be backlight bleeding or clouding, should not be acceptable on a TV in this category. Despite being a new model, I’m seriously considering returning it if no satisfactory solution is offered.
Samsung, I hope you take these complaints seriously and provide a quick and effective resolution. This type of issue should not tarnish the reputation of such a renowned brand. Please deliver the quality you promise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great TV, one connect box design flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great tv overall. Video and audio quality is great. Antiglare properties are exceptional, even during the daytime with a lot of natural light or when lights are on in the house, no glare. The art mode and sleek frame design is why we bought the tv. When kids come over, they ask if I have a tv because they actually think it is a picture frame. The wall mount comes with the tv and it's ultra slim, complimenting the frame idea. The motion sensor setting is great too.
My biggest issue is the one connect box fiber optic wire. It is not rated to go behind a wall, so unless you get a raceway or get creative with hiding it behind something, the wire shows. It's real thin and somewhat clear, but obviously is a wire, showcasing that is is not a picture frame, but a tv. I would think with this being the 4th edition of the tv, a behind the wall included rated wire or wireless solution would have been thought of to make it perfect.

Beautiful and functional

The tv quality is on point. We almost replaced the tv a few weeks ago but I didn’t want to give up the perks of this treasure.
