Wonderful…. Until the recent update

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the tv, it is beautiful and the art store is amazing. HOWEVER, a recent software updates FORCES us onto the Samsung tv network, which autoplays, every time sit down to watch a show. It is extremely irritating. Shame on you Samsung…. As an option wonderful, forced with no choice, ridiculous.

Beautiful but wish it was customizable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of this tv and frame. It’s beautiful and really looks like a piece of art. I have a huge complaint with the Samsung Home Screen. It is not customizable and has so many show suggestions and advertisements that I wish I could remove. There have been some very “adult” suggestions that my kids have seen just by turning the tv on. This is a huge deterrent to this tv and I probably would not have purchased it if I had known that I could not do anything about it.

While watching a game the screen went nuts and lines came across the screen and it is permanent
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love My Frame

Currently not on the wall, but it is never the less a 75inch beauty sitting on a TV console. Super happy with my purchase at a very good price.

Defective

I bought this in December and have been unable to watch anything straight through. Keep loosing connectivity. Have had repairmen out twice and factory reset remotely once. Still not working. I hope it will be replaced.

Great TV, poor sound

We really like the look of this TV and the picture quality is great. The sound quality is sometimes poor, which is why I gave it 3 stars. Sometimes it gets really loud without touching the remote. It can be pretty distracting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for sharing your experience with volume fluctuations. Please try the following which may help resolve this:

1. Turn off the Sound Sensor switch by using the button at the bottom of the TV, beneath the Samsung logo. With the TV on, you can push the button to the left to turn the sound sensor on or to the right to turn it off.
2. Try disabling some of the TV's intelligent functions, as these will automatically analyze and adjust your sound which may cause your volume to fluctuate. Go to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings and select Intelligent Mode to turn off all the functions or select each option to turn it off.
3. Please also make sure your TV’s firmware is updated. You can check this by going to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

Screen A+, User Interface F, Remote Control F

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screen is beautiful. Set-up is hard and not intuitive. Trying to add pictures is hard. Navigating from art to TV is hard. The remote is tiny, making it hard to use. More or less the opposite of using a TV with a ROKU. Roku = EASY, Samsung = HARD.

Massive piece of junk

This product is a laughable piece of junk. One of the worst products of any kind that I’ve ever purchased and easily the worst TV - and that includes super cheap value brands like Dynex, Insignia, TCL, etc.
This overpriced garbage didn’t work as advertised from day 1. UI is terrible. “Art mode” is always maxed out in brightness, no matter how many times we adjusted it, so nobody will be fooled into thinking this is anything other than a terrible TV. Constantly glitches or because unresponsive to remote inputs. Eventually we had to just hook up an external Roku but even that became useless when the volume stopped working on the remote. Samsung support is completely useless - their first suggestion is to download an update on your PC and then install it via thumb drive…ridiculous in 2025. Regardless, it didn’t work. Then with regards to the volume button, their support recommended that I “try pushing the volume button up to increase the volume.” Can’t wait to take a sledgehammer to this thing once my new TV arrives.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
