[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I am not since I have received this TV, it has not worked. It goes on and off by itself. I am now trying to work with the people to fix it but taking so long. I got it in April and now it is July.

I would recommend this TV to anyone, especially if you’re looking for a way to show off all your pictures to your family and friends, it works like a dream

Excellent TV...low profile and great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you don't want your home TV to be the dominant feature in your living room, the Samsung Frame is a great option....or possibly the only option! Our 65 inch Frame TV is hung at the same height as our art work/pictures (72 inches floor to top of screen), blends in perfectly and is often not noticed by visitors unless we point it out. We do occasionally have personal family photos scrolling when the TV is not in use, or a static family portrait. In the winter, we often have a roaring fire image of maybe a seascape video. This is our second Frame TV and plan to purchasing a third for the bedroom so we can get rid of the outdated TV cabinet. I mounted both Frame TVs myself but I would still recommend having it professionally fitted if 65 inches or larger. We have decided not to hide the very thin signal wire from the box in the wall, but it would be easy to do so. Picture quality is

Great TV. Frame is a scam!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Imagine paying a premium price for frame TV only to find the backgrounds are not included in the price. Nowhere in the advertising or description is it “mentioned” that to use the frame feature requires a subscription. Quite unhappy I wasted money on a premium feature.

I love it, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the frame. I have the 85" and it is a perfect size for my space.
I LOVE the art mode and the variety of subscriptions to display. We have solar, so we run it 24/7.
I also love Samsung TV. I get all of my local TV channels so I do not need cable or satellite TV. This is a huge bonus!
I am a professional colorist and finishing editor in TV and film post production in Hollywood and am responsible for delivering shows and films that will pass the most rigorous Quality Control specifications. I am confident that the shows that I am watching on The Frame TV, go through the same scrutiny before they are released.
Unfortunately, I have prominent technical issue with the TV. In most motion (and not even fast motion), there are artifacts on the edges of shapes and objects that is noticeable and distracting. It doesn't matter which streaming network I am watching (and my internet speed is 5Gbps, yes, 5Gbps.) It happens on all of them. In fact, I experience the same motion artifacts from a local UHD media server utilizing 8K HDMI cables.
I don't know what is causing it, perhaps chip processor speed? I would love to get it fixed, because I love all of the other functions so much. I'd be happy to be a beta tester to help figure a solution.

Crisp picture, glare resistant, & art feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use multiple (virtually all) apps & have it hard wired for both internet & sound bar. Samsung TV channels are a bonus. Picture is crisp & we enjoy the glare resistant feature given this is in a large room with lots of natural light during the daytime. It's large enough to proportionally fit on the wall & doesn't look too big (75"). I chose the Frame over OLED because of the art display feature given it's our primary entertaining space.

Cool but issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mostly bought this TV so you don't see brackets when mounted. Love the features picture is pretty good quality. Only thing not impressed is has a discoloration band thru entire screen already not even 8 months old.
