Have the TV for two months and the Power blew

Had the TV for three months and the power blew on it already went to the store to see if I could return it and the salesman told me they have big problems with this model TV that they went through three TVs that were in the showroom because they kept on having a problem with it Try to contact Samsung all as they want to do is just replace the circuit board in the back, which is crazy because something is going to happen very soon again definitely don’t recommend this particular model TV

What a nice TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I currently use this for gaming, tv, movies, and music. Some of the settings were tricky at first for getting the gaming setup by now they are great. As for the AI this sometimes causes more issues than helping such as the music continually gets louder and thn drops back down if you are walking around or if it senses movements. I turned it off and everything works now. It's super thin and the mounting is a little different since it is at the bottom of the tv. Overall it's amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got the Samsung S90D 77" OLED and I’m in love. This screen is a straight-up masterpiece. The colors? Unreal. Blacks are pitch black, and HDR content pops like fireworks. Watching “Dune” felt like I was on Arrakis—crisp desert detail, no motion blur, just buttery smooth visuals. Gaming? 4K at 120Hz with VRR is chef’s kiss. My PS5 has never looked better. The design is sleek and super thin—makes my wall look like a sci-fi command center. Tizen OS is snappy, and the remote is minimal but smart. Downsides? It’s pricey (duh) and Tizen still has some quirks compared to other smart TV platforms. But overall, if you're after premium OLED vibes without jumping to absurd price tiers, this is the one. Whether it's late-night movies, gaming marathons, or just showing off to friends, the S90D delivers every single time.

Terrible Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve purchased multiple Samsung tv’s over the years and never had an issue. This time around I decided to splurge and purchase the OLED S90D tv. What a waste of money. The picture is overall good but every so often the sound will be muffled through the tv speakers and I have to do a hard reset on the tv every time this occurs. Very inconvenient especially at this price point. And not only does this happen to my 77 inch but also both of my 55’s of the same model. Very disappointed.

Thank you for purchasing Samsung's S90D TV and for your feedback on the sound. To ensure you’ve got the latest sound quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

If the sound is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal preferences.

• Sound Modes may better meet your personal preferences. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode, or Expert Settings to fine-tune and customize your sound.

• Adaptive Sound will also further optimize sound quality by analyzing the viewing space and the acoustic components of the content. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings.

Should you choose to add a Samsung Soundbar to your TV, please know that our Q- or S-Series Soundbars (such as the HW-S800D) feature Q-Symphony which will synchronize with the speakers of your TV for an immersive 3D sound experience.

Will not turn on after only 21 days of use.

Do better Samsung!!! We have had this TV installed for exactly 21 days and it will not power on. I am so frustrated. Yes it is under warranty, yes a repair will be done but this is under a month in use and it will not turn on. We have a older model a 55" and have never had a problem with it. I am just sorry I bought it at all. I can see what the next 5 years are going to be like

Black Screen after 5 minutes

Have it for 3 days now. Great picture…when it works. On the 2nd day it periodically went to a black screen with the sound still playing. Turn off then on - it would come back to life. Now on the 3rd day the screen goes black in less than 5 minutes…. Unplug, hard resets, etc. etc. - no luck. Based upon the reviews and Samsung community groups - it is a systemic problem with this TV

S90 waste of money.

TV Has died after 8 months of light use. I assume it's something to do with the power board like the other comments are saying. It was great while it lasted. I scheduled service for it 9/6 EDIT THEY DONT SERVICE THE TVS ON THE WEEKENDS. Let's see how long this takes and then how long it'll last. This tv seems to be a lemon since everyone is on here complaining about the same power issue. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TV TO ANYONE.
