I bought this tv two months ago and rarely use it. It suddenly stopped working with no power. It is taking Samsung over one week to come assess the problem. This TV is junk. DON"T BUY IT

Mostly happy but have one issue

I bought this TV to both upgrade to the Smart TV technology and have a bigger and better screen in our main living area. That was accomplished in part. I love the TV but am confused that I can’t seem to add non-Samsung outside apps like I can with my other Samsung TV’s. I can only choose from those that are listed. I can’t find an answer to this issue. So, I still am using my Apple TV device to access sites like Angel studios. Otherwise, I am very happy with my purchase.

TV bricked in 19 days, only had 15 to return.

The TV died 19 days after receiving it. Power light not on, remote doesn''t work, Alexa says it's offline, smarter things app says it's offline. Worked fine last night. Tested multiple outlets. The replacement warrant only covers the first 15 days of ownership. Extremely annoyed I spent 2500+ on this and a soundbar and it didn't even last a month.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

I bought my oled smart tv on recommendation of Samsung product. It has been a problem with turning it on. It does not turn on immediately. Then when it does go on a message the the optimizer note comes on every time. If you don’t close the program you have to wait 10 minutes until it does it thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your feedback on the response time, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your S90D TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

Tough to navigate

TV is great, but I am 83 years old, and I need a grand daughter to tell me how to use it! It seems our old minds don’t have the ability to navigate the intricacies of adding apps for whatever reason takes many steps and watching you tube videos to get your new Samsung to where my old Sony already was.

TV died twice within 3 months. Can't get anyone on the phone to help with the 2nd repair. Have to keep waiting 2 business days.

Too much engineering ...not enough practical

We purchased this Samsung when our 15 year old Samsung gave out. The picture quality is excellent BUT the TV remote control is POOR. It is very small, very poorly marked, and hard to operate with large or arthritic fingers.
