This product features are good but stopped sudden

Great TV until it wasn’t

Purchased the 77 inch back in August and has been great until today. It randomly died and won’t turn on. After reading review it seems this is a common problem. Can’t recommend this TV unfortunately. Luckily it’s still under warranty but if this happens again outside of warranty that would be so unfortunate. From how many reports Samsung has on this I’d wish they’d do something more to address this issue. I have service scheduled for the repair. Be warned.

Very Disappointed – Defective Curved Screen Not C

I purchased a Samsung TV expecting top-tier quality, but after only a short time, the screen developed a noticeable curve or warping – clearly a manufacturing defect. I contacted Samsung, assuming the warranty would cover this issue, but to my shock, they refused to take responsibility.
This isn’t accidental damage or misuse – it’s a flaw in the product itself. For a brand that prides itself on innovation and reliability, this is incredibly disappointing. I expected better support and accountability.
Avoid Samsung TVs unless you’re ready to be stuck with costly repairs on defective products that should be covered.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the s95d 55 inch for over a year now it's a nice TV I like the matte display plenty bright for an oled but the blacks are really gray and pixelated 3/5 for me

Do not buy a samsung

I have never left a review like this but it is unbelievable to own a TV for just over a year and have it die overnight without any reason. Seeing so many others share this experience has made me recommend anyone to buy another brand because samsung clearly does not care about building quality products. Like many others, my power supply died 2 months after the one year warranty expired. It is so frustrating to buy a premium device like this for it to die so quickly but this is what i have learned you can expect from a samsung.

Best TV I’ve ever had!

I’ve had this TV a couple of weeks. I am very impressed with the depth of color, and the blackest black I’ve ever seen. I had read that OLED wasn’t very bright. This S90D has no problem with brightness. I watch in Standard picture mode with three big windows open in the same room, and two more windows open in the adjacent room. I’ve seen no issues with lacking brightness. It’s just a beautiful picture. The up scaling seems good, although I have nothing to compare it to. Old shows look good. Better than my old TV which is a 2015 Samsung 1080p 47”. The sound is adequate. If you want a theater experience I think a sound bar is a must. But for me it’s totally fine. I like that it has an equalizer to adjust the sound so I hear better. I’m older and have a little hearing loss.
Overall, I love the S90D. A beautiful picture whether in a light room or a dark room. Amazing colors!
