Great tv overall

Quality picture & perfect size for our family room

We are very pleased with the size and picture quality of the TV. We are not happy that in order to turn the TV on we must use the on button of the sound bar as well as the cable box on button. There are no written instructions to let me know how to correct this problem.

Fantastic TV with one minor flaw

This TV is amazing. Colors are clear and bright. Black levels are fantastic and you can see all the scenes people complain about like from season 8 in GoT. Only downside is the remote. It is solar powered only and I have a house with low ambient light. Every remote I have tried Samsung branded and otherwise has been very finicky about reading commands from the remote.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great TV, OLED at 4K is very nice

Black Friday Purchase. Picked up and installed my self. Removed old samsung 1080 LED. Remote control is much improved, simpler. has solar charge or USB C. Power cord it now on side not centered in the back... easy unplug, etc. Default colors and "canned" picture settings had MUCH too much color for me. Took a while to find manual settings, lowered the color, adjusted brightness and contrast, etc. to desired level. But I found if I mess around with "Movie, Sports, Game, etc." picture setting, I have to reset my preferred choices (maybe I'll find a way to save them. Sound is 'ok', using a sound bar on the HDMI arc, which works fine. Samsung new channels are pretty good - movies, etc. 4K viewing is impressive. screen looks wet with colors etc. Happy so far! I also use OTA antenna (indoor) and sensitivity is good, about same as previous Samsung,
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not even a yr and the remote control doesn’t work. I love the idea of a solar powered controller but not at the expense of its ability to function. Everything else is average

I’m sorry to hear your SolarCell Remote is not working as expected. Please try these steps which may help resolve this:
1. Press and hold Return and Microphone buttons (diagonally up and to the right of Return). This will reset the remote. 2. Stand within 1 foot of the TV and press and hold Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected
If you’re still experiencing issues with the remote, please also try the following:
- Unplug the TV for 30 seconds, and plug it back in. - Try moving closer to the TV and re-pairing. - Check to see if your remote is charged: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery - Check for available firmware updates on your TV: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

Nice TV.. But...

Great TV and picture but i do have a couple of issues. The feet / stand is very cheap and does not come with any screws to fasten in place. they are just cheap plastic pegs that are supposed to lock in place. Was also very difficult to get the tv to work with Sonos. Other than that i'm happy with it.
