[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has been a great purchase. Great price and great quality. It looks amazing and I love gaming on it. No other TV comes close to it in this price range. Actually it is better than some pricier tvs. It has been a great experience and I would totally get it again. I have been eying the S95D and as soon as it looks irritable enough then I will probably get that too.🤣

Amazing picture and sound! Super easy setup.

I am absolutely thrilled with this TV. Believe Consumer Reports and everyone be else who says this is the best tv on the market. The picture quality is absolutely stunning. The real depth feature completely changes the way you watch. You’re going to want to rewatch all your favorite movies. The AI upscaling is super cool. Even old movies look amazing. Seriously, watch Star Wars on this thing. It will blow your mind. Plus it’s the sanely easy to set up. I’m news all prepared for a long process of screen after screen clicking a tiny typewriter over and over again with the remote. Nope! The app works like a dream and it took me maybe a couple of minutes to get it going and I am NOT tech savvy at all! Plus, I paired it with a Samsung soundbar and that was a breeze to set up to. I really didn’t do much more than lug it in and the sound is mind blowing. I can’t say enough great things about this TV!

3 weeks old, 3 weeks of buffering. Spent way too much time with support already performing cold resets, flash resets, factory resets, smart hub resets and diagnostics. 5 different reps and 2 different “tickets” for escalated support, which just results in an email directing you to unplug modem and TV and plug back it in again. The buffering can occur as much as 2-3 times an hour or every few hours and last anywhere from 15 seconds to 5 minutes on all apps. My internet functions appropriately as it should. In fact every device in house works seamlessly including old Samsung series 6 that I “upgraded”. I have a video where you can see S90D is in one of its buffering episodes at the same time as two other devices, including the series 6, that are completely fine on the same app and network at the same time. Unfortunate , it’s difficult to attach that video to this review so I added some photos. To be fair, the picture is nice and bright and I do believe that this tv is probably a defective anomaly. Problem is Samsung doesn’t seem to want to take me seriously and has me performing these steps over and over again with no real solution even though they will tell you “this is not the experience we want from our valuable customers”. Knowing what I know now I wouldn’t make this purchase at this price with this support.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Buffering when streaming content online is related to your internet connection speed. Buffering may occur on your Samsung TV while streaming video content over the internet. Buffering usually occurs when your internet connection provided by your ISP cannot supply data fast enough for the playback device.

We suggest you try the following:
1) Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible
2) Try wired LAN if available
3) Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity.
5) Lastly, to further optimize the TV’s performance, please also try running Device Care: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

Should your issue persist, you may want to contact your ISP to check or increase your internet speed.

I really enjoy this tv nice image the operating system is annoying aa it assumes the owner subscribes to all major streaming services to the point that Netflix, Disney, and prime video buttons on the remote . I do not have any of these so there are just huge advertisements all over for these services the UI and buttons on my remote take me to a page to install an app. If you can ignore that though it's a very nice TV

I’ve had this TV now for about 3 weeks. The picture quality is amazing and the colors are so vibrant. The processor speed is also great. Love this TV!
